أعلنت هيئة الحكومة الرقمية نتائج مؤشر نضج التجربة الرقمية لعام 2026، الذي حقق نسبة 87.06% بمستوى (متقدم)، بعد تقييم شامل لـ59 منصة رقمية وفق أربعة مناظير رئيسية تضمنت 20 محورًا؛ تشمل رضا المستفيد وتجربة المستخدم، والتعامل مع الشكاوى، والتقنيات والأدوات؛ بما يدعم تحسين الخدمات الرقمية والارتقاء بتجربة المستفيد.
وأوضح محافظ هيئة الحكومة الرقمية المهندس أحمد بن محمد الصويان، أن نتائج المؤشر تعكس ما تشهده الخدمات الرقمية في المملكة من تطور متواصل، والتزام الجهات الحكومية بتحسين خدماتها والاستفادة من آراء المستفيدين، بما يسهم في تقديم خدمات رقمية أكثر سهولة وكفاءة وموثوقية، ورفع جودة الحياة وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء الحكومي، مؤكدًا أن هذا التطور يأتي امتدادًا للدعم والتمكين اللذين تحظى بهما منظومة الحكومة الرقمية من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود -حفظهما الله-، لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، وتعزيز مكانة المملكة عالميًا في مجال الحكومة الرقمية.
وسجل المؤشر خلال عام 2026 نموًا مقارنة بنتائج العام السابق، إذ ارتفع عدد المنصات المشمولة بالتقييم إلى 59 منصة، مقابل 50 منصة في عام 2025، فيما تجاوز عدد المشاركين في استبيان (قيّم تجربتك الرقمية) 805,500 ألف مشارك، مقارنة بـ374 ألف مشارك في العام السابق، بما يعكس اتساع أثر المؤشر ودوره في دعم رحلة التحسين المستمر للخدمات الحكومية الرقمية، كما حقق المؤشر الفرعي للشمولية الرقمية نموًا بنسبة 76.98% ضمن مستوى (متمكن)، بما يؤكد اهتمام الجهات الحكومية بتصميم خدمات رقمية شاملة تمكّن مختلف فئات المجتمع، بما في ذلك الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وكبار السن، من الوصول إلى الخدمات الرقمية والاستفادة منها باستقلالية.
وأظهرت النتائج تميز أعلى 10 منصات رقمية، وجاءت النتائج على النحو الآتي: منصة (أبشر) بنسبة 94.38%، ومنصة (اعتماد) بنسبة %94.36، ومنصة (صناعي) بنسبة 92.83%, ومنصة (بلدي) بنسبة 92.56%، ومنصة (توكلنا) بنسبة 92.50%، ومنصة (مساند) بنسبة 92.20%، وبوابة (قوى) بنسبة 92.14%، وبوابة (لوجستي) بنسبة 91.72%، ومنصة (نما) بنسبة 91.53%، وبوابة (وزارة السياحة) بنسبة 91.16%.
يُذكر أن هيئة الحكومة الرقمية أطلقت مؤشر نضج التجربة الرقمية في عام 2022؛ لقياس مستوى نضج المنصات والخدمات الرقمية، وتمكين الجهات الحكومية من تطوير خدماتها استنادًا إلى آراء المستفيدين وأفضل الممارسات العالمية، حيث يواصل المؤشر تطوير منهجيته بشكل سنوي بما يواكب التوجهات الحديثة في تصميم التجارب الرقمية وقياسها، وقد انعكس هذا التطور على مكانة المملكة في المؤشرات الدولية، إذ حققت المركز الثاني عالميًا في مؤشر نضج الحكومة الرقمية (GTMI) لعام 2025 الصادر عن البنك الدولي، كما حققت المركز الأول إقليميًا للمرة الرابعة على التوالي في مؤشر نضج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية والنقالة (GEMS) لعام 2025، الصادر عن لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا (الإسكوا).

The Digital Government Authority announced the results of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2026, which achieved a score of 87.06% at an (advanced) level, following a comprehensive evaluation of 59 digital platforms across four main perspectives that included 20 axes; covering beneficiary satisfaction and user experience, handling complaints, and technologies and tools; all aimed at improving digital services and enhancing the beneficiary experience.
Engineer Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Suwaiyan, the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, explained that the index results reflect the continuous development of digital services in the Kingdom and the commitment of government entities to improve their services and benefit from the opinions of beneficiaries, contributing to the provision of digital services that are easier, more efficient, and more reliable, thereby raising the quality of life and enhancing the efficiency of government performance. He emphasized that this development is a continuation of the support and empowerment that the digital government system receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may Allah protect them - to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhance the Kingdom's global standing in the field of digital government.
The index recorded growth in 2026 compared to the previous year's results, as the number of platforms included in the evaluation increased to 59 platforms, compared to 50 platforms in 2025. Meanwhile, the number of participants in the "Evaluate Your Digital Experience" survey exceeded 805,500 participants, compared to 374,000 participants in the previous year, reflecting the expanding impact of the index and its role in supporting the ongoing improvement journey of digital government services. The sub-index for digital inclusivity also achieved a growth rate of 76.98% within the (empowered) level, confirming the interest of government entities in designing comprehensive digital services that enable various segments of society, including people with disabilities and the elderly, to access and benefit from digital services independently.
The results showed the excellence of the top 10 digital platforms, with the results as follows: the "Absher" platform at 94.38%, the "Etimad" platform at 94.36%, the "Sina'i" platform at 92.83%, the "Baladi" platform at 92.56%, the "Tawakkalna" platform at 92.50%, the "Musanid" platform at 92.20%, the "Qiwa" portal at 92.14%, the "Logisti" portal at 91.72%, the "Nama" platform at 91.53%, and the "Ministry of Tourism" portal at 91.16%.
It is noteworthy that the Digital Government Authority launched the Digital Experience Maturity Index in 2022 to measure the maturity level of digital platforms and services, enabling government entities to develop their services based on beneficiary feedback and global best practices. The index continues to develop its methodology annually to keep pace with modern trends in designing and measuring digital experiences, and this development has reflected positively on the Kingdom's position in international indices, achieving second place globally in the Digital Government Maturity Index (GTMI) for 2025 issued by the World Bank, as well as first place regionally for the fourth consecutive time in the Electronic and Mobile Government Services Maturity Index (GEMS) for 2025, issued by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
