أعلن نادي الاتحاد نجاح العملية الجراحية التي أجراها اللاعب حامد الغامدي نجم الفريق الأول لكرة القدم في أحد مستشفيات العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.
وأكد النادي أن اللاعب أجرى عملية الرباط الصليبي الأمامي للركبة اليمنى وتمت بنجاح، وسيبدأ اللاعب برنامجه التأهيلي بالمرحلة الأولى في المستشفى الذي أجرى فيه العملية تحت إشراف الفريق الطبي المشرف على العملية وبالتنسيق مع الجهاز الطبي في النادي.
وكان اللاعب قد تعرض للإصابة في لقاء الاتحاد الودي أمام فريق اورلاندو الجنوب أفريقي في مدينة ماربيا الإسبانية وأظهرت الفحوصات الطبية تعرضه لقطع في الرباط الصليبي الأمامي.
The Al-Ittihad Club announced the success of the surgery performed on player Hamid Al-Ghamdi, the star of the first football team, at a hospital in the Qatari capital, Doha.
The club confirmed that the player underwent successful surgery for the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, and he will begin his rehabilitation program in the first phase at the hospital where the surgery was performed, under the supervision of the medical team overseeing the operation and in coordination with the club's medical staff.
The player sustained the injury during a friendly match between Al-Ittihad and the South African team Orlando in Marbella, Spain, and medical examinations revealed that he had a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament.
