ودخل البريكان في الدقيقة 69 بديلاً لزياد الجهني، قبل أن ينجح في تسجيل الهدف الثالث لفريقه عند الدقيقة 84، ليساهم في فوز الأهلي بنتيجة 3-1 في الديربي.
وبحسب شبكة أوبتا للإحصاءات، حصل البريكان على تقييم 8.6 كأفضل لاعب في المباراة، متفوقاً على زميليه رياض محرز الذي نال 7.4، إضافة إلى جالينو وإيفان توني اللذين حصلا على تقييم 7.
ويواصل البريكان تقديم تأثيره الهجومي مع الأهلي هذا الموسم كورقة رابحة، خصوصاً في المباريات الكبيرة، بعدما لعب دوراً حاسماً في حسم ديربي جدة لصالح فريقه.

Al-Buraikan came on as a substitute for Ziyad Al-Jahani in the 69th minute, before successfully scoring his team's third goal in the 84th minute, contributing to Al-Ahli's victory with a score of 3-1 in the derby.
According to Opta Sports, Al-Buraikan received a rating of 8.6 as the best player in the match, surpassing his teammates Riyad Mahrez, who scored 7.4, as well as Jallinou and Ivan Toney, who both received a rating of 7.
Al-Buraikan continues to make an offensive impact with Al-Ahli this season as a key player, especially in big matches, after playing a crucial role in securing the Jeddah Derby for his team.
