يواصل منتخبنا الوطني السعودي تحت 20 عامًا معسكره الإعدادي في باراغواي وتحديداً العاصمة أسونسيون، وذلك ضمن المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج الإعدادي لنهائيات كأس العالم للشباب 2025 في تشيلي.
وكان الأخضر الشاب خاض مساء أمس الأول (الأحد) لقاءً ودياً أمام منتخب باراغواي وانتهى بالتعادل بهدف لكل منهما بعد أن تقدم الأخضر بهدف ثامر الخيبري في الدقيقة السابعة من عمر اللقاء، قبل أن يعادل منتخب باراغواي النتيجة.
وأجرى لاعبو «الأخضر» حصصًا تدريبية على فترتين؛ خُصصت الفترة الصباحية للجوانب البدنية واللياقية داخل الملعب، فيما اشتملت الفترة المسائية على تدريبات فنية وتكتيكية أشرف عليها المدير الفني البرازيلي ماركوس سواريز والجهاز الفني المساعد.
ويستعد «أخضر 20» لخوض المباراة الودية الثانية والأخيرة أمام منتخب المكسيك يوم 20 سبتمبر، قبل التوجه إلى تشيلي لخوض منافسات المجموعة السادسة التي تضم نيجيريا، النرويج وكولومبيا، ويخوض أول لقاءاته أمام منتخب كولومبيا يوم الثلاثاء 30 سبتمبر الثانية فجراً على استاد فيسكال بمدينة تالكا. وفي الملعب والتوقيت ذاته، يواجه نظيره منتخب نيجيريا يوم الجمعة 3 أكتوبر، أما اللقاء الأخير في دور المجموعات فسيكون أمام منتخب النرويج يوم الإثنين 6 أكتوبر الثانية فجراً على استاد إل تينينتي بمدينة رانكاغوا. يذكر، أن صاحبي المركزين الأول والثاني من كل مجموعة سيتأهلان إلى دور الـ16، وأفضل 4 منتخبات حلت في المركز الثالث في المجموعات الـ6، وتقام المباريات في 4 مدن تشيلية، هي رانكاغوا وسانتياغو وتالكا وفالبارايسو، فيما تقام المباراة النهائية 19 أكتوبر في العاصمة سانتياغو.

The Saudi national team under 20 continues its training camp in Paraguay, specifically in the capital, Asunción, as part of the second phase of the preparation program for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
On the evening of the day before yesterday (Sunday), the young Green played a friendly match against the Paraguay national team, which ended in a 1-1 draw after the Green took the lead with a goal from Thamer Al-Khaibari in the seventh minute of the match, before the Paraguay team equalized the score.
The players of the "Green" conducted training sessions in two periods; the morning session was dedicated to physical and fitness aspects on the field, while the evening session included technical and tactical training overseen by the Brazilian head coach Marcos Suarez and the assistant coaching staff.
The "Green 20" is preparing to play its second and final friendly match against the Mexico national team on September 20, before heading to Chile to compete in Group 6, which includes Nigeria, Norway, and Colombia. They will play their first match against the Colombia national team on Tuesday, September 30, at 2 AM at the Fiscal Stadium in Talca. At the same time and place, they will face the Nigeria national team on Friday, October 3, while the final match in the group stage will be against the Norway national team on Monday, October 6, at 2 AM at the El Teniente Stadium in Rancagua. It is worth mentioning that the top two teams from each group will qualify for the Round of 16, along with the best four teams that finish third in the six groups. The matches will be held in four Chilean cities: Rancagua, Santiago, Talca, and Valparaíso, while the final match will take place on October 19 in the capital, Santiago.
