يسعى فريق الأخدود وضيفه التعاون لتعويض خسارة الجولة الأولى عندما يلتقيان عند تمام الساعة 6:45 من مساء اليوم (السبت) على ملعب مدينة الأمير هذلول بن عبدالعزيز الرياضية بمدينة نجران ضمن لقاءات الجولة الثانية لدوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين.
يدخل فريق الأخدود هذا اللقاء بعد أن خسر لقاءه أمام ضيفه الاتحاد بنتيجة 2/ 5، ويطمح في لقاء الليلة لتعويض جماهيره وخطف نقاط اللقاء الثلاث، لا سيما بعد الصفقات التي أتمها قبيل نهاية فترة الانتقالات الصيفية إذ تعاقد مع خالد ناري وماتيو بوريل، ويعتمد مدربه البرتغالي باولو سيرجيو على طريقة 4 – 2 – 3 – 1 بوجود بلاز كرامر في خط المقدمة وخلفه الثلاثي محمد نايف وباسوغوغ وبيدروزا، فيما يتواجد في حراسة المرمى الحارس صامويل ليما.
في المقابل يدخل فريق التعاون هذا اللقاء بعد أن تلقى خسارة قاسية من ضيفه فريق النصر بخماسية نظيفة، ويسعى في لقاء الليلة للخروج بنتيجة إيجابية بحثاً عن انطلاقة جديدة للفريق، ويعتمد مدربه البرازيلي شاموسكا على طريقة 4 – 2 – 3 – 1 بوجود روجير مارتينيز في خط المقدمة وخلفه الثلاثي محمد الكويكبي وموسى بارو وفلافيو دا سيلفا.
