وقّع الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم شراكة إستراتيجية مع مجموعة stc لرعاية الدوري السعودي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً لمدة موسمين رياضيين، اعتباراً من الموسم الحالي 2025-2026.
ومثّل الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم في مراسم التوقيع، التي أجريت اليوم (الخميس)، في مقر شركة stc بالرياض، الأمين العام المساعد للشؤون الإستراتيجية في الاتحاد السعودي ماجد آل صاحب، فيما مثّل نائب الرئيس لخدمات النمو في مجموعة stc تركي بن عبدالعزيز النعيم.
وبموجب الاتفاقية الموقّعة، ستتم تسمية الدوري السعودي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً بـ«دوري جوّي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً»، إضافة إلى نقل 6 مباريات على الأقل في كل جولة من الدوري، وكذلك نقل الأدوار النهائية من الدوري عبر منصة stc tv للترفيه الرقمي.
وستوفر منصة stc tv تغطية مميزة باستخدام أحدث التقنيات، بما يسهم في تقديم تجربة مشاهدة تفاعلية ومتكاملة للجماهير الرياضية داخل وخارج المملكة.
وتعكس هذه الشراكة التكامل بين القطاعين الرياضي والرقمي في المملكة، وتشكل خطوة نحو اكتشاف وبناء قاعدة قوية من المواهب الشابة المؤهلة لتمثيل المنتخب الوطني مستقبلاً، إلى جانب تطوير البنية التحتية للرياضة السعودية بما يعزز مكانتها إقليمياً ودولياً.
من جانبه، أكّد الأمين العام المساعد للشؤون الإستراتيجية للاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم ماجد آل صاحب أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي ضمن إستراتيجية الاتحاد السعودي في توسيع نطاق انتشار مسابقاته وتعزيز حضورها الإعلامي، مشيراً أن هذا التعاون يعكس التزاماً مشتركاً بين الاتحاد السعودي ومجموعة stc بدعم وتطوير كرة القدم في المملكة ودعم المواهب الكروية.
وأضاف آل صاحب أن هذه الشراكة ستسهم بشكل فعّال في تحقيق أهداف الاتحاد السعودي من خلال دعم البرامج والمبادرات التي تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الرياضة الوطنية، مؤكداً استمرار الاتحاد في العمل على تحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات التي تتماشى مع التطلعات المشتركة مع مجموعة stc لتعزيز قطاع كرة القدم محلياً.
من جهته، عبّر نائب الرئيس لخدمات النمو في مجموعة stc تركي النعيم عن فخر الشركة بهذه الشراكة الإستراتيجية مع الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، مؤكداً أنها تأتي امتداداً لرؤية stc في دعم القطاع الرياضي، وتمكين مواهب اليوم ونجوم الغد الوطنية من خلال تسليط الضوء على الجيل الجديد من اللاعبين عبر منصات رقمية متطورة.
وكان الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم قد اعتمد في يناير الماضي إطلاق دوري جوي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً اعتباراً من الموسم الحالي، في خطوة جاءت بعد تقييم شامل لتجربة الدوري الرديف الذي أُقيم على مدى موسمين، وأسهم في زيادة عدد دقائق اللعب للاعبين الشباب، إذ يمثل «دوري جوّي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً» مرحلة انتقالية تهدف إلى مواصلة تطوير اللاعبين السعوديين إلى مستوى عالٍ، وزيادة فرص اكتشاف المواهب من قبل الأندية المحلية.
وسينطلق دوري جوي للنخبة تحت 21 عاماً في نسخته الأولى في 15 سبتمبر الجاري بمشاركة 24 نادياً من مرحلتين، الأولى مرحلة الدوري بنظام الذهاب والإياب، تليها الأدوار النهائية بنظام خروج المغلوب.
وستخوض الأندية 20 جولة في الدوري، إذ يلعب كل نادٍ 20 مباراة موزعة بالتساوي بين 10 مباريات على أرضه و10 مباريات خارج أرضه، بنظام النقاط، إذ تتأهل الأندية الأربعة المتصدرة مباشرة إلى الدور ربع النهائي، بينما تخوض الأندية التي تحتل المراكز من الخامس حتى الثاني عشر مواجهات الملحق، ويتأهل منها أربعة أندية لاستكمال مقاعد الدور ربع النهائي.
وفي إطار تنظيم مشاركة اللاعبين، حددت إدارة المسابقات بالتعاون مع الإدارة الفنية عدد اللاعبين المشاركين لكل فريق بـ20 لاعباً، إذ سُمح في موسم 2025-2026 بمشاركة 4 لاعبين من مواليد 2004، إلى جانب 8 لاعبين من مواليد 2005 و2006، فيما تسمح اللائحة بمشاركة 3 لاعبين في كل مباراة من قائمة الـ25 لاعباً للفريق الأول سواء كانوا سعوديين أو غير سعوديين.

The Saudi Football Federation has signed a strategic partnership with the stc Group to sponsor the Saudi Elite League for Under 21 for two sports seasons, starting from the current season 2025-2026.
Representing the Saudi Football Federation at the signing ceremony, which took place today (Thursday) at the stc headquarters in Riyadh, was the Assistant Secretary-General for Strategic Affairs at the Saudi Federation, Majid Al-Sahib, while the Vice President for Growth Services at the stc Group, Turki bin Abdulaziz Al-Naim, represented the group.
Under the signed agreement, the Saudi Elite League for Under 21 will be named the "Jawwy Elite League for Under 21," in addition to broadcasting at least 6 matches in each round of the league, as well as broadcasting the final stages of the league via the stc tv digital entertainment platform.
The stc tv platform will provide exceptional coverage using the latest technologies, contributing to delivering an interactive and comprehensive viewing experience for sports fans inside and outside the Kingdom.
This partnership reflects the integration between the sports and digital sectors in the Kingdom and represents a step towards discovering and building a strong base of young talents qualified to represent the national team in the future, alongside developing the infrastructure of Saudi sports to enhance its position regionally and internationally.

The "Jawwy Elite League for Under 21" represents a transitional phase aimed at continuing to develop Saudi players to a high level and increasing opportunities for talent discovery by local clubs.
The Jawwy Elite League for Under 21 will kick off its first edition on September 15 with the participation of 24 clubs from two stages, the first being the league stage in a home-and-away format, followed by the knockout stages.
The clubs will compete in 20 rounds in the league, with each club playing 20 matches evenly distributed between 10 home games and 10 away games, based on a points system. The top four clubs will qualify directly for the quarter-finals, while clubs ranked fifth to twelfth will compete in playoff matches, with four clubs advancing to complete the quarter-final spots.
In terms of organizing player participation, the competitions management, in collaboration with the technical management, has set the number of participating players for each team at 20 players. In the 2025-2026 season, 4 players born in 2004 are allowed to participate, alongside 8 players born in 2005 and 2006, while the regulations allow for 3 players from the 25-player first team roster, whether they are Saudi or non-Saudi, to participate in each match.
