وقّعت هيئة الفروسية، اليوم في الرياض، اتفاقية تفاهم لمشاركة البيانات الوطنية مع نادي سباقات الخيل؛ بهدف دعم مهمات الهيئة، وتحقيق التكامل بين الجهتين في تطوير رياضة سباقات الخيل، بما يعزز تطوير القطاع وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة لمختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وتسهم الاتفاقية في بناء علاقة تكاملية تستند على مبدأ مشاركة البيانات، ورفع كفاءة العمل المشترك، وذلك من خلال تبادل الخبرات وتنسيق الجهود وتحقيق التكامل في الأعمال، إلى جانب العمل على تمكين التحول الرقمي في القطاع وتحسين جودة البيانات، بما يعزز الشفافية ويخدم متطلبات الجهات الحكومية والمستثمرين والممارسين في القطاع وبما يضمن تحسين مستوى التخطيط للفعاليات والسباقات المستقبلية.
وأوضح الأمين العام لهيئة الفروسية المهندس عبدالله العسيري، أن هذا التعاون يعد خطوة إستراتيجية نحو تعزيز التكامل المؤسسي في قطاع الفروسية، ورفع مستوى التنسيق مع الشركاء الرئيسين في المنظومة، مبيناً أن الهيئة تسعى للإسهام في تطوير البيئة التنظيمية للفروسية، وتحسين جودة البيانات والخدمات المقدّمة بما يسهم في دعم نمو القطاع.
وأكّد الرئيس التنفيذي لنادي سباقات الخيل زياد المقرن، أهمية الاتفاقية، التي ستفتح آفاقاً جديدة من التكامل المؤسسي وتدعم تطوير قطاع الفروسية السعودية بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة (2030).
ويأتي توقيع الاتفاقية امتداداً لجهود هيئة الفروسية في تعزيز الحوكمة والسعي لتطوير البيئة التنظيمية من خلال إتاحة البيانات التي تدعم أعمال القطاع، وضمن مساعي نادي سباقات الخيل إلى توسيع شراكاته الإستراتيجية؛ بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء الفني والتنظيمي للسباقات.

The Equestrian Authority signed a memorandum of understanding today in Riyadh for the sharing of national data with the Horse Racing Club; aimed at supporting the Authority's missions and achieving integration between the two entities in developing horse racing, which enhances the development of the sector and improves the services provided to various related parties.
The agreement contributes to building a complementary relationship based on the principle of data sharing and increasing the efficiency of joint work, through the exchange of experiences, coordination of efforts, and achieving integration in operations, in addition to working on enabling digital transformation in the sector and improving data quality, which enhances transparency and serves the requirements of government entities, investors, and practitioners in the sector, ensuring improved planning for future events and races.
The Secretary-General of the Equestrian Authority, Engineer Abdullah Al-Asiri, clarified that this cooperation is a strategic step towards enhancing institutional integration in the equestrian sector and raising the level of coordination with key partners in the system, indicating that the Authority seeks to contribute to developing the regulatory environment for equestrian activities and improving the quality of data and services provided, which supports the growth of the sector.
The CEO of the Horse Racing Club, Ziad Al-Muqrin, emphasized the importance of the agreement, which will open new horizons for institutional integration and support the development of the Saudi equestrian sector in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision (2030).
The signing of the agreement is an extension of the Equestrian Authority's efforts to enhance governance and seek to develop the regulatory environment by providing data that supports the sector's operations, and as part of the Horse Racing Club's efforts to expand its strategic partnerships; contributing to raising the efficiency of the technical and organizational performance of races.
