وزير العدل يقرّ اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام التنفيذ

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, has issued a decision approving the executive regulations for the Enforcement Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/237). This was published today (Friday) in the official gazette (Um Al-Qura), and it will come into effect simultaneously with the enforcement of the law on October 29, 2026.
The regulations include (54) articles that organize the procedures, durations, and controls for enforcement, enhancing the efficiency of rights recovery while preserving the guarantees established for creditors and debtors.
The regulations also specify the procedures for enforcing rulings on alimony, custody, and visitation, the conditions for registering promissory notes and bills of exchange on approved electronic platforms, and the orders and decisions that can be contested.
This regulation comes in implementation of the provisions of the Enforcement Law, achieving a balance between the rights and obligations of the parties involved.
