يخوض المنتخب الوطني تحت 23 عاماً اليوم (الثلاثاء) أولى مبارياته ضمن الدورة الدولية الودية في أوزبكستان، التي تأتي ضمن برنامج الإعداد لكأس آسيا تحت 23 عاماً 2026 التي سيستضيفها الأخضر السعودي في الرياض وجدة.
ويحلّ الأخضر ضيفاً على منتخب أوزبكستان، في تمام الـ8:20 مساء بتوقيت أوزبكستان (6:20 مساء بتوقيت المملكة)، على ملعب جار في العاصمة الأوزبكية طشقند، ويشارك في الدورة الدولية الودية إلى جانب الأخضر منتخبا أوزبكستان (المستضيف) واليابان.
ميدانياً، أجرى لاعبو الأخضر حصتهم التدريبية مساء أمس (الإثنين) تحت إشراف المدرب الإيطالي لويجي دي بياجو والجهاز الفني المساعد، طبّقوا خلالها تمارين تكتيكية، أعقبها العمل على الكرات الثابتة، واختتمت الحصة التدريبية بمناورة مصغّرة وقف من خلالها المدرب على التشكيلة المناسبة لخوض اللقاء الافتتاحي.
وكان المدرب الإيطالي لويجي دي بياجو قد استدعى للمشاركة في الدورة الودية، اللاعبين؛ عمار العمار، مهند اليحيى، عبدالرحمن العبيد، محمد الدوسري، خالد العسيري، مبارك الراجح، عبدالله الرشيدي، سليمان هزازي، بدر العمير، فيصل الصبياني، عباس الحسن، فيصل الأسمري، أيمن فلاتة، عبدالكريم دارسي، فيصل العبدالواحد، مراد خضري، فريج الجيزاني، ماجد عبدالله.
يُذكر أن آخر بطولة شارك فيها الأخضر هي بطولة موريس ريفيلو الدولية (تولون) التي أقيمت الشهر الماضي في فرنسا وحقق فيها منتخبنا الوطني تحت 23 عاماً الوصافة بعد خسارته من المنتخب المستضيف في اللقاء الختامي.

The national under-23 team is playing today (Tuesday) its first match in the international friendly tournament in Uzbekistan, which is part of the preparation program for the 2026 AFC U-23 Asian Cup that will be hosted by the Saudi Green in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The Green will face the Uzbekistan national team at 8:20 PM Uzbekistan time (6:20 PM Saudi time) at the Jar Stadium in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent. Alongside the Green, the tournament also includes the host Uzbekistan and Japan.
On the field, the Green players conducted their training session last night (Monday) under the supervision of Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio and the assistant coaching staff. During the session, they practiced tactical exercises, followed by work on set pieces, and concluded with a small-sided game where the coach assessed the suitable lineup for the opening match.
Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio has called up the following players to participate in the friendly tournament: Ammar Al-Amar, Muhannad Al-Yahya, Abdulrahman Al-Obaid, Mohammed Al-Dosari, Khalid Al-Asiri, Mubarak Al-Rajeh, Abdullah Al-Rasheedi, Suleiman Hazazi, Badr Al-Omair, Faisal Al-Sabiani, Abbas Al-Hassan, Faisal Al-Asmari, Ayman Flatah, Abdulkarim Darsi, Faisal Al-Abdulwahed, Murad Khudari, Farij Al-Jizani, and Majed Abdullah.
It is worth noting that the last tournament the Green participated in was the Maurice Revello International Tournament (Toulon) held last month in France, where our national under-23 team finished as runners-up after losing to the host team in the final match.
