أصبح لاعب فريق أتلانتا الإيطالي ماتيو ريتيغي، قريباً من ارتداء شعار فريق القادسية، إذ من المقرر إعلان التعاقد مع اللاعب بعد اجتيازه الفحص الطبي قبل التوقيع رسمياً، وتحظى الصفقة بدعم كبير من قبل شركة نادي القادسية.
من جهته، يواصل الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي القادسية تدريباته اليومية من معسكره الإعدادي المقام حالياً في هولندا، وسط أجواء حماسية وانضباط عالٍ من اللاعبين، ضمن استعدادات الفريق الجادة لانطلاق الموسم الجديد.
وأقيمت التدريبات خلال الأيام الثلاثة الأولى من المعسكر على فترتين، صباحية ومسائية، إذ ركز الجهاز الفني على تعزيز الجانب البدني في الفترة الصباحية، بينما خُصصت الفترة المسائية للجوانب التكتيكية والفنية، إلى جانب التمارين المخصصة لكل مركز، مما ساهم في رفع مستوى الجاهزية بشكل تدريجي ومنظم.
ويظهر مدرب الفريق ميشيل اهتماماً لافتاً بالمواهب الشابة، إذ يعمل على دمجهم تدريجياً مع عناصر الخبرة، مخصصاً وقتاً لتوجيههم ومتابعتهم فنياً وبدنياً، ما يعكس رؤية النادي الاستراتيجية في الاستثمار بالمواهب الواعدة، وهي سياسة أثمرت في السنوات الأخيرة عن بروز عدد من الأسماء المميزة مثل جهاد ذكري، محمد أبوالشامات، عبدالعزيز العثمان، وسيف رجب.
ويشارك في المعسكر مجموعة من اللاعبين الشباب الذين يمثلون مستقبل القادسية، وهم: اللاعبون السعوديون: بدر العمير (وسط) 21 عاماً، وأنس الأحمدي (جناح) 21 عاماً، وخالد الحداد (حارس) 19 عاماً، ومحمد البراهيم (حارس) 20 عاماً.
أما اللاعبون الأجانب: ميغيل (إسباني) وسط 20 عاماً، وآرون (إسباني) وسط 18 عاماً، وأليخاندرو فيرغاس (إسباني) قلب دفاع 18 عاماً، وجوجا (برازيلي) مهاجم 18 عاماً، و كارلوس خيمينيز (إسباني) قلب دفاع 19 عاماً.
ويأمل القادسية أن ينعكس هذا المعسكر الإعدادي القوي على أداء الفريق مع انطلاق الموسم، خصوصاً مع الانسجام المتصاعد بين اللاعبين، والروح العالية التي تسود أجواء المعسكر، وسط دعم إداري ومتابعة فنية دقيقة لكل التفاصيل.

The team's coach, Michel, shows notable interest in young talents, as he works to gradually integrate them with experienced players, dedicating time to guide and monitor them technically and physically, reflecting the club's strategic vision in investing in promising talents. This policy has resulted in recent years in the emergence of several distinguished names such as Jihad Dhakri, Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat, Abdulaziz Al-Othman, and Saif Rajab.
A group of young players representing the future of Al-Qadisiyah is participating in the camp, including: Saudi players: Badr Al-Omair (Midfielder) 21 years old, Anas Al-Ahmadi (Winger) 21 years old, Khalid Al-Haddad (Goalkeeper) 19 years old, and Mohammed Al-Ibrahim (Goalkeeper) 20 years old.
As for the foreign players: Miguel (Spanish) Midfielder 20 years old, Aaron (Spanish) Midfielder 18 years old, Alejandro Vergas (Spanish) Center-back 18 years old, Joja (Brazilian) Forward 18 years old, and Carlos Jimenez (Spanish) Center-back 19 years old.
