انطلقت رسميًّا بطولة كأس العالم للرياضات الإلكترونية 2025 في العاصمة الرياض، وذلك بحفل افتتاح جماهيري حاشد أحياه نجم الموسيقى العالمي Post Malone، معلنًا بذلك بداية سبعة أسابيع من المنافسات النخبوية في عالم الألعاب والرياضات الإلكترونية، وشهد الحدث حضور الآلاف في ساحة ANB Arena المغلقة في قلب بوليفارد رياض سيتي، بينما تابع ملايين المشاهدين حول العالم فعاليات الحفل عبر البث المباشر، مستمتعين بليلة استثنائية من الموسيقى والترفيه والأجواء النابضة بالحياة على أكبر مسرح للرياضات الإلكترونية عالميًّا.
وتضمن الحفل العرض الأول للأغنية الرسمية للعام الخاص بكأس العالم للرياضات الإلكترونية 2025، بعنوان «Til My Fingers Bleed»، والتي تجاوزت حاجز المليوني استماع عبر منصة سبوتيفاي خلال أسبوعها الأول، وجاءت الأغنية ثمرة تعاون فني يجمع بين DINO نجم فرقة SEVENTEEN الشهيرة، ومغني الراب الأمريكي Duckwrth، والمبدع Telle Smith من فرقة The Word Alive. وتمزج الأغنية بين موسيقى الكي بوب والهيب هوب والروك، لتعكس حماس وأجواء أكبر حدث للرياضات الإلكترونية في العالم، وقدّم الثلاثي العرض الأول للأغنية بمشاركة المنتج العالمي Alesso المرشح لجوائز جرامي، وTina Guoعازفة التشيللو العالمية، والنجم العالمي صاحب الشعبية الجماهيرية الكبيرة Post Malone.
وأشرف على إنتاج حفل الافتتاح فريق عمل حائز على جوائز عالمية، على رأسه المنتج التنفيذي Ariel Horn والمدير الإبداعي التنفيذي Viranda Tantula، وصُمم الحفل ليجسد الرسالة الأساسية لكأس العالم للرياضات الإلكترونية، المتمثلة في معاني التحدي والشغف الجماهيري وروح المنافسة والسعي نحو القمة، وتضمن الإنتاج مساحة عرض بتقنية LED بطول 40 مترًا وسقفًا معلقًا بتقنية LED، الأمر الذي أضفى بُعدًا بصريًّا مذهلًا على الفعالية، كما تم دمج العروض الفنية مع مؤثرات بصرية وإضاءة إبداعية، إلى جانب استخدام تقنية الواقع المعزز والتحولات الفنية المتقنة لضمان تجربة مشاهدة سلسة، وهو ما يعزز مكانة البطولة كمعيار عالمي جديد في مجال الترفيه المرتبط بالرياضات الإلكترونية.

The ceremony included the premiere of the official song for the 2025 World Esports Championship, titled “Til My Fingers Bleed,” which surpassed two million streams on Spotify within its first week. The song is the result of a creative collaboration between DINO, the star of the famous SEVENTEEN group, American rapper Duckwrth, and Telle Smith from The Word Alive. The song blends K-pop, hip-hop, and rock music to reflect the excitement and atmosphere of the largest esports event in the world. The trio performed the song's premiere alongside Grammy-nominated global producer Alesso, world-renowned cellist Tina Guo, and the immensely popular global star Post Malone.
The opening ceremony was produced by an award-winning team, led by executive producer Ariel Horn and executive creative director Viranda Tantula. The production featured a 40-meter LED display and a suspended LED ceiling, adding a stunning visual dimension to the event.
