أعلن نادي الهلال، اليوم السبت، انتهاء مشوار نجمه سالم الدوسري في بطولة كأس العالم للأندية 2025، المقامة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؛ بسبب الإصابة.
وأوضح النادي، في بيان رسمي، أن الفحوصات الطبية أظهرت إصابة الدوسري في العضلة الخلفية، وسيغيب على إثرها لمدة تراوح بين 4 - 6 أسابيع، ما يعني غيابه عن بقية مباريات البطولة.
كما كشف الهلال إصابة المهاجم عبدالله الحمدان في عضلة الساق الخلفية، دون أن يُحدد النادي مدة غيابه.
وواصل ألكسندر ميتروفيتش تنفيذ برنامجه التأهيلي في صالة الإعداد البدني، فيما غاب اللاعب مصعب الجوير عن الحصة التدريبية الأخيرة؛ بسبب شعوره بآلام في الركبة.
وكان سالم الدوسري قد ساهم بشكل بارز في تأهل الهلال إلى الدور ثمن النهائي، بعد أن سجل هدفاً في مباراة باتشوكا المكسيكي التي انتهت بنتيجة 2-0، فجر الجمعة، ليختتم الزعيم دور المجموعات في المركز الثاني بالمجموعة الثامنة برصيد 5 نقاط، خلف ريال مدريد المتصدر بـ7 نقاط.
ويستعد الهلال لمواجهة من العيار الثقيل أمام مانشستر سيتي الإنجليزي، في ثمن نهائي مونديال الأندية، فجر الثلاثاء المقبل.
Al Hilal Club announced today, Saturday, the end of its star Salem Al-Dosari's journey in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, held in the United States, due to injury.
The club clarified in an official statement that medical examinations revealed Al-Dosari's injury to the hamstring, and he will be out for a period ranging between 4 to 6 weeks, which means he will miss the rest of the tournament matches.
Al Hilal also revealed that striker Abdullah Al-Hamdan has sustained an injury to his calf muscle, without specifying the duration of his absence.
Alexander Mitrovic continued his rehabilitation program in the physical training hall, while player Musab Al-Juwair missed the last training session due to feeling pain in his knee.
Salem Al-Dosari had played a significant role in Al Hilal's qualification to the Round of 16 after scoring a goal in the match against Mexican Pachuca, which ended with a score of 2-0 early Friday, concluding the group stage in second place in Group 8 with 5 points, behind leaders Real Madrid with 7 points.
Al Hilal is preparing for a heavyweight clash against English Manchester City in the Round of 16 of the Club World Cup, early next Tuesday.
