أعلن الاتحاد العربي للجولف رسميًا عن انطلاق «معسكر النخبة للمنح الرياضية» والذي يُعد من أبرز مبادراته الإستراتيجية الرائدة، ويهدف إلى إعداد جيل جديد من أبطال الجولف العرب.
وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تمكين لاعبي الجولف العرب من الفئات الناشئة وفتح المجال أمامهم للوصول إلى أعلى مستويات المنافسة الدولية بحلول عام 2035.
ويمثّل هذا المعسكر المرحلة الأولى من برنامج المنح الرياضية للاتحاد، حيث يركّز على تقييم واختيار أفضل المواهب العربية تحت سن 18 عامًا. وسيحصل اللاعبون المختارون على فرصة الانضمام إلى برنامج تدريبي احترافي بالتعاون مع أكاديمية IMG العالمية.
ويُقام معسكر النخبة على مدار أربعة أيام في نادي الرياض للجولف، بمشاركة 16 لاعبًا ولاعبة من مختلف الدول العربية، تم اختيارهم بعناية بناءً على أدائهم في البطولات الإقليمية والدولية وتصنيفاتهم.
ويتكون المعسكر من مرحلتين رئيسيتين:
المرحلة الأولى: وتشمل جلسات تقييم نظرية وعملية، حيث يخضع اللاعبون لاختبارات فنية، وتقييمات بدنية وذهنية، إلى جانب مقابلات فردية مع فريق التقييم الفني، بهدف بناء تصور شامل عن قدرات كل لاعب.
أما المرحلة الثانية: تحاكي أجواء البطولات التنافسية، حيث يشارك اللاعبون في جولتين كاملتين من18 حفرة، مما يمكّن لجنة التقييم من قياس أداء اللاعبين تحت الضغط وتحديد المرشحين المؤهلين للمنح الأكاديمية.
وفي ختام المعسكر، سيحصل أفضل اللاعبين على منح دراسية كاملة للانضمام إلى أكاديمية IMG بدءًا من أغسطس 2025.
وتشمل المنحة تدريب جولف احترافي، دعمًا أكاديميًا وتعليميًا، إضافة إلى خدمات علوم رياضية متقدمة مثل القوة واللياقة البدنية والتدريب الذهني.
وبهذه المناسبة صرح رئيس الاتحاد العربي للجولف ياسر الرميان، أن هذه المبادرة المتمثلة في إطلاق برنامج النخبة للمنح الرياضية تعد خطوة إستراتيجية مهمة ضمن مسارنا المتوازي لبناء منظومة تنافسية متكاملة لرياضة الجولف العربية.
وأضاف: «بينما نعمل على تأسيس بنية تحتية قوية ومستدامة في الوطن العربي، نحرص في الوقت نفسه على التعاون مع أفضل الشركاء الدوليين لضمان تقديم أعلى مستويات التدريب والاحتراف للاعبينا الواعدين».
هذه المبادرة تعكس التزامنا بالاستثمار في المواهب الشابة وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية، بهدف تمكينهم من المنافسة على الساحة الدولية.
وبإذن الله، خلال السنوات القادمة، ومع تحقيق أهدافنا الطموحة، سنكون قادرين على الاكتفاء بقدراتنا المحلية وتوفير منظومة عربية متكاملة لصناعة الأبطال».
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن إطار أوسع يتبناه الاتحاد العربي للجولف، يجمع بين عدة برامج فعالة، ويُعدّ معسكر النخبة للمنح الرياضية أحد أبرز ركائزها. ويؤكد الاتحاد من خلالها التزامه بتطوير المواهب، وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي، وبناء منظومة داعمة للنمو المستدام في مجال الجولف العربي.

وفي سياق متصل أكد الأمين العام للاتحاد العربي للجولف نوح علي رضا على أهمية هذه المبادرة حيث قال: «يمثل هذا المعسكر نقطة تحول في رحلتنا نحو إنشاء مسار تنافسي واضح للاعبي الجولف العرب من خلال الجمع بين التدريب العالمي المستوى، وآليات التقييم الدقيقة، والتي تؤسس قاعدة قوية تمكن المواهب العربية من الوصول إلى أعلى مستويات الرياضة».
وأضاف: «يعد معسكر النخبة للمنح الرياضية منصة انطلاق حقيقية نحو تحقيق رؤية الاتحاد العربي للجولف في إعداد جيل جديد من الأبطال العرب القادرين على المنافسة على المستوى العالمي».
ومن خلال برامج تقييم شاملة، وشراكات إستراتيجية مع مؤسسات رائدة، يضع الاتحاد أسسًا واعدة لمستقبل رياضة الجولف في الوطن العربي، قائم على التخطيط، والاحترافية، والاستثمار في الطاقات الشابة.

The Arab Golf Federation officially announced the launch of the "Elite Sports Scholarship Camp," which is considered one of its most prominent strategic initiatives aimed at preparing a new generation of Arab golf champions.
This initiative aims to empower young Arab golfers and open avenues for them to reach the highest levels of international competition by 2035.
This camp represents the first phase of the federation's sports scholarship program, focusing on evaluating and selecting the best Arab talents under the age of 18. Selected players will have the opportunity to join a professional training program in collaboration with the global IMG Academy.
The Elite Camp will be held over four days at the Riyadh Golf Club, featuring 16 male and female players from various Arab countries, carefully selected based on their performance in regional and international tournaments and their rankings.
The camp consists of two main phases:
The first phase includes theoretical and practical evaluation sessions, where players undergo technical tests, physical and mental assessments, along with individual interviews with the technical evaluation team, aiming to build a comprehensive understanding of each player's capabilities.
The second phase simulates the atmosphere of competitive tournaments, where players participate in two full rounds of 18 holes, enabling the evaluation committee to measure players' performance under pressure and identify candidates eligible for academic scholarships.
At the end of the camp, the best players will receive full scholarships to join the IMG Academy starting in August 2025.
The scholarship includes professional golf training, academic and educational support, in addition to advanced sports science services such as strength and fitness training and mental coaching.
On this occasion, the President of the Arab Golf Federation, Yasser Al-Rumayyan, stated that this initiative, represented by the launch of the Elite Sports Scholarship Program, is an important strategic step in our parallel path to building a comprehensive competitive system for Arab golf.
He added: "While we work on establishing a strong and sustainable infrastructure in the Arab world, we are also keen to collaborate with the best international partners to ensure the highest levels of training and professionalism for our promising players."
