أعلن نادي الشمال القطري، تعاقده رسميا مع لاعب الوسط الإسباني أليكس كويادو قادماً من ريال بيتيس الإسباني، وذلك للانضمام للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي.
وذكر النادي في بيان على موقعه الإلكتروني الرسمي أن اللاعب أليكس سيكون أحد عناصر الفريق في الموسم الجديد 2025 - 2026.
ويعد كويادو البالغ من العمر 26 عاما أحد لاعبي الوسط المميزين في الدوري الإسباني من خلال تكوينه الفني في أكاديمية لاماسيا في برشلونة قبل الانتقال لنادي ريال بيتيس، وسبق للاعب المشاركة مع نادي الخلود السعودي في الموسم الماضي على سبيل الإعارة من ناديه الإسباني.
وكان نادي الشمال أعلن قبل أيام تعاقده مع المصري أكرم توفيق لمدة ثلاثة مواسم.
يذكر أن نادي الشمال أنهى الموسم الرياضي 2024 -2025 في المركز السادس في الدوري القطري.

The Qatari club Al-Shamal officially announced its signing of Spanish midfielder Alex Quiado, coming from Real Betis, to join the first team of the club.
The club mentioned in a statement on its official website that player Alex will be one of the team's elements in the new season 2025 - 2026.
Quiado, who is 26 years old, is considered one of the distinguished midfielders in the Spanish league due to his technical formation at La Masia Academy in Barcelona before moving to Real Betis. The player previously participated with Al-Khulood Club in Saudi Arabia last season on loan from his Spanish club.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Shamal announced a few days ago its signing of Egyptian player Akram Tawfik for three seasons.
Note that Al-Shamal finished the 2024 - 2025 sports season in sixth place in the Qatari league.
