أكد مدرب فريق الاتحاد ينس فيسنغ، استحقاق فريقه الفوز على الاتفاق، بنتيجة (4 - 1)، في اللقاء الذي جمعهما على ملعب إيجو بالدمام، ضمن منافسات الجولة العاشرة من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين «دوري روشن».
مشيراً إلى أن تسجيل الأهداف بطرق مختلفة يُعد من أبرز الجوانب الإيجابية في المباراة، رغم صعوبة مواجهة الاتفاق على ملعبه.
وأوضح خلال المؤتمر الصحفي عقب لقاء اليوم، أن فريقه نجح في استثمار الفرص، مبيناً أن التبديلات جاءت وفق الإستراتيجية الموضوعة للمباراة، وأن الفريق حافظ على أسلوب لعبه مع مراعاة الخصائص الفنية لكل لاعب.
من جانبه، وصف مدرب الاتفاق آرثر باباس، النتيجة بالمحبطة، مؤكداً أن الاتحاد كان أكثر فاعلية في إنهاء الهجمات، ومشيراً إلى أن الغيابات، خصوصاً في خط الهجوم، ربما أثرت في الأداء الهجومي لفريقه.
وأضاف أن بداية المباراة لم تكن بالمستوى المأمول، وأن التبديلات لم تحقق الإضافة المطلوبة، لافتاً الانتباه إلى أهمية استثمار الفرص وتحمل اللاعبين مسؤولياتهم داخل الملعب، والعمل على معالجة الجوانب التنظيمية وتطوير الأداء في ظل تطبيق أسلوب لعب جديد هذا الموسم.
The coach of the Al-Ittihad team, Jens Wissing, confirmed that his team deserved the victory over Al-Ettifaq, with a score of (4 - 1), in the match that took place at the Ego Stadium in Dammam, as part of the tenth round of the Saudi Professional League "Roshen League".
He pointed out that scoring goals in different ways is one of the most prominent positive aspects of the match, despite the difficulty of facing Al-Ettifaq on their home ground.
He explained during the press conference following today's match that his team succeeded in capitalizing on opportunities, noting that the substitutions were made according to the strategy set for the match, and that the team maintained its style of play while considering the technical characteristics of each player.
For his part, Al-Ettifaq coach Arthur Papas described the result as disappointing, confirming that Al-Ittihad was more effective in finishing attacks, and pointing out that absences, especially in the forward line, may have affected his team's offensive performance.
He added that the start of the match was not at the expected level, and that the substitutions did not provide the necessary boost, emphasizing the importance of capitalizing on opportunities and the players taking responsibility on the field, as well as working to address organizational aspects and improve performance in light of implementing a new style of play this season.
