رفض الفرنسي موسى ديابي لاعب فريق الاتحاد الخروج من النادي إلا بعد الحصول على كامل رواتبه المتبقية في عقده الممتد حتى يونيو 2029، التي تفوق 30 مليون يورو.
وكشفت مصادر مطلعة أن ديابي ووكيل أعماله اتفقا على عدم الرحيل خالي الوفاض، بعدما أبلغته إدارة الاتحاد عدم ممانعتها رحيله دون دفع مستحقاته المتبقية.
وكان اللاعب قد تلقى طلباً بالتنازل عن مستحقاته بعد عرض من باير ليفركوزن الألماني بلغ 25 مليون يورو.
وأوضح مصدر لـ«عكاظ» أن ديابي وصل لحالة عدم ثقة مع ناديه وطالب بالرحيل، بعد عرضه التنازل عن رواتبه، مشيراً إلى أن الأمور وصلت لاتفاق شبه تام، وطُلب من اللاعب التريّث حتى نهاية مواجهة الجزيرة الإماراتي في ملحق آسيا منتصف أغسطس الجاري، التي كسبها الاتحاد.
وأضاف أن إصابة الشاب رودريجيز بالرباط الصليبي وخروج عبدالرحمن العبود عقّدا مسألة رحيل ديابي، الذي قد تستمر المماطلة في قضيته حتى نهاية الفترة الصيفية، كونه يرفض الخروج مقابل عقد أقل بكثير مع النادي الألماني.

Informed sources revealed that Diaby and his agent agreed not to leave empty-handed after the Al-Ittihad management informed him that they had no objection to his departure without paying his remaining dues.
The player had received a request to waive his dues after an offer from Bayer Leverkusen of Germany amounting to 25 million euros.
A source told “Okaz” that Diaby has reached a state of distrust with his club and requested to leave after offering to waive his salaries, indicating that matters had reached an almost complete agreement, and the player was asked to wait until the end of the match against Al-Jazira of the UAE in the Asian playoff in mid-August, which Al-Ittihad won.
He added that the injury of young Rodriguez with a cruciate ligament tear and the exit of Abdulrahman Al-Aboud complicated the issue of Diaby's departure, which may continue to be delayed until the end of the summer transfer period, as he refuses to leave for a much lower contract with the German club.
