يترقب فريق لانس الفرنسي تحديد أولى مبارياته في دوري أبطال أوروبا لموسم 2026–2027، إذ ستقام قرعة مرحلة الدوري (الخميس) 27 أغسطس الجاري، وستبدأ مباريات الجولة الأولى في سبتمبر القادم، وسيظهر النجم السعودي سعود عبدالحميد المحترف في فريق لانس الفرنسي في دوري أبطال أوروبا.
كان الظهور الأول للظهير الأيمن سعود عبدالحميد في البطولات الأوروبية خلال مشاركته مع فريق روما الإيطالي في 26 سبتمبر 2024، أمام فريق أتلتيك بيلباو الإسباني في الجولة الأولى من الدوري الأوروبي لموسم 2024-2025، ودخل كلاعب بديل في الدقيقة 71 من اللقاء الذي أقيم على ملعب الأولمبيكو، وانتهى بالتعادل الإيجابي بهدف لمثله، ليضع بصمته الأولى بقميص «الذئاب» في البطولات الأوروبية.
