أصدرت وزارة الرياضة قراراً بحل مجلس إدارة نادي الطائي برئاسة عمير بن عبدالرحمن العمير، عقب استقالة رئيس وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة، واستناداً إلى الفقرة (6) من المادة (36) من اللائحة الأساسية للأندية الرياضية.
كما قررت الوزارة، استناداً إلى الفقرة (10) من المادة (95) من اللائحة الأساسية للأندية الرياضية، تكليف مجلس إدارة مؤقت لتولي إدارة النادي حتى انتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد.
ويترأس المجلس المؤقت عارف بن عبدالكريم عبدالمحسن الجميل، ويضم في عضويته سعود بن فهد سعود السليمان آل علي نائباً للرئيس، وعلي بن محمد علي الرشدان عضواً.
ويأتي القرار ضمن الإجراءات التنظيمية التي تضمن استمرار أعمال النادي وتسيير شؤونه الإدارية خلال المرحلة الانتقالية، إلى حين استكمال الإجراءات النظامية وانتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد وفق اللوائح المعتمدة.
The Ministry of Sports issued a decision to dissolve the Board of Directors of Al-Taee Club, chaired by Umair bin Abdulrahman Al-Umayr, following the resignation of the president and board members, and based on paragraph (6) of Article (36) of the basic regulations for sports clubs.
Additionally, the ministry decided, based on paragraph (10) of Article (95) of the basic regulations for sports clubs, to appoint a temporary Board of Directors to manage the club until a new Board of Directors is elected.
The temporary council is chaired by Aref bin Abdulkarim Abdulmohsen Al-Jameel, and includes Saud bin Fahd Saud Al-Sulaiman Al-Ali as vice president, and Ali bin Mohammed Ali Al-Rashdan as a member.
This decision is part of the organizational procedures that ensure the continuity of the club's operations and the management of its administrative affairs during the transitional phase, until the legal procedures are completed and a new Board of Directors is elected according to the approved regulations.
