يستعد نادي الاتحاد لانطلاق تدريبات الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بعد أربعة أيام فقط، لكنه يدخل الموسم الجديد في وضع مقلق للغاية، بعد خسارته جميع بطولات الموسم الماضي، إذ يعاني «العميد» من فراغ إداري غير مسبوق، يتمثّل في عدم التعاقد مع مدرب حتى الآن، إلى جانب غياب مدير رياضي يقود ملف الصفقات الصيفية.
وتفاقمت الأزمة بعد تعثّر التنسيق للمعسكر الإعدادي الخارجي؛ بسبب عدم تأمين تكلفته المالية حتى اللحظة، ما يهدد جاهزية الفريق قبل انطلاق الموسم الرياضي.
ويضع الجمهور الاتحادي إدارة النادي أمام مسؤولية تاريخية لإنقاذ الموسم قبل فوات الأوان.
