بارك صاحب هدف التعادل المغربي عيسى ديوب، تأهل المنتخب بلاده إلى الدور ثمن النهائي من بطولة كأس العالم 2026 لكرة القدم، بعدما تغلب على نظيره الهولندي بركلات الترجيح بنتيجة 3-2، عقب انتهاء الوقتين الأصلي والإضافي بالتعادل 1-1، في المباراة التي جمعتهما اليوم على ملعب مونتيري، ضمن منافسات دور الـ32.
وقال: «أبارك للجماهير المغربية هذا التأهل الصعب»، موضحاً أنه وزملاءه اللاعبين لم يستسلموا لهدف تقدم هولندا، وقال: «لم نستسلم وواصلنا الضغط خلال مجريات المباراة حتى تحقق هدف التعادل والذي من خلاله وصلنا إلى ركلات الترجيح»، وامتدح «ديوب» زميله الحارس «بونو»، وقال:«بونو حارس كبير وثقتنا كانت كبيرة فيه وكلنا نؤمن بقدراته».
وحول مواجهة المنتخب الكندي في الدور ثمن النهائي مع نظيره الكندي السبت، أكد أن المنتخب الكندي منتخب كبير ولن تكون المباراة سهلة وعلينا الاستعداد الجيد لهذه للمواجهة.
