أعلن نادي الشباب صدور قرارات من وزارة الرياضة بحق عدد من مسؤولي الإدارتين السابقتين، وذلك عقب انتهاء أعمال فريق العمل المختص الذي شُكّل لحصر ودراسة المخالفات المالية والإدارية المرصودة خلال الفترات الماضية.
وأوضح النادي، في بيان رسمي، أن وزارة الرياضة قررت منع الرئيس التنفيذي السابق للنادي خليفة بن عبدالله الهويشان من مزاولة النشاط الإداري في نادي الشباب أو أي نادٍ آخر لمدة أربع سنوات، إضافة إلى منعه من الترشح لرئاسة أو عضوية مجالس إدارات الأندية للفترة ذاتها، وذلك استنادًا إلى مواد اللائحة الأساسية للأندية الرياضية.
كما تضمن القرار منع رئيس مجلس الإدارة السابق محمد بن إبراهيم المنجم من الترشح لرئاسة أو عضوية مجلس إدارة نادي الشباب أو أي نادٍ آخر لمدة أربع سنوات، مع إسقاط عضويته، ومنعه من الانتساب لأي نادٍ خلال المدة نفسها، وفقًا لما ورد في اللوائح المنظمة.
وأكد نادي الشباب أن مجلس الإدارة الحالي سيواصل اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة لاستكمال ما يتعلق بالمخالفات المالية والإدارية، بما يضمن حفظ حقوق النادي وتطبيق الأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة.
The Al-Shabab Club announced the issuance of decisions by the Ministry of Sports against several officials from the previous two administrations, following the conclusion of the work of the specialized team formed to identify and study the financial and administrative violations recorded during the past periods.
The club clarified in an official statement that the Ministry of Sports decided to prevent the former CEO of the club, Khalifa bin Abdullah Al-Huwaishan, from engaging in administrative activities at Al-Shabab Club or any other club for a period of four years, in addition to preventing him from running for the presidency or membership of club boards during the same period, based on the provisions of the basic regulations for sports clubs.
The decision also included preventing the former chairman of the board, Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Munajjim, from running for the presidency or membership of the board of directors of Al-Shabab Club or any other club for four years, along with the cancellation of his membership and preventing him from joining any club during the same period, according to the regulations in force.
Al-Shabab Club confirmed that the current board of directors will continue to take all necessary legal measures to address the financial and administrative violations, ensuring the protection of the club's rights and the implementation of the relevant laws and regulations.
