أعلن الاتحاد البرازيلي لكرة القدم في بيان اليوم (الخميس) غياب نجم «السيليساو» نيمار دا سيلفا عن مواجهة هايتي المقررة السبت القادم، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانية من بطولة كأس العالم 2026 المقامة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا والمكسيك.
مواصلة برنامج التعافي
وقال الاتحاد البرازيلي: «سيبقى نيمار في نيوجيرسي للاستفادة إلى أقصى حد من المرحلة الأخيرة من تعافيه، مستعيناً بالمرافق الممتازة في فندق ذا ريدج ومركز كولومبيا بارك للتدريب».
مشاركة جزئية في التدريبات
وكان نيمار قد شارك في التدريبات الجماعية للمنتخب البرازيلي بعد أداء تدريبات الإحماء بشكل منفرد، مرتدياً حذاء اللعب ومستخدماً الكرة خلال الحصة التدريبية أمس (الأربعاء).
وأُصيب نيمار في ربلة الساق اليمنى خلال مباراة فريقه سانتوس أمام كوريتيبا الشهر الماضي، ليغيب عن البرازيل في المباريات الودية خلال فترة الإعداد لكأس العالم 2026، وكذلك المباراة الأولى فى البطولة أمام المغرب، التي انتهت بالتعادل 1-1.
الهداف التاريخي للبرازيل
ويُعد نيمار الهداف التاريخي لمنتخب البرازيل برصيد 79 هدفاً، وقد شارك في 128 مباراة دولية منذ ظهوره الأول مع المنتخب الأول عام 2010.
The Brazilian Football Confederation announced in a statement today (Thursday) that the "Seleção" star Neymar da Silva will miss the match against Haiti scheduled for next Saturday, as part of the second round of the 2026 World Cup taking place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Continuing the Recovery Program
The Brazilian federation stated: "Neymar will remain in New Jersey to make the most of the final stage of his recovery, utilizing the excellent facilities at The Ridge Hotel and the Columbia Park training center."
Partial Participation in Training
Neymar had participated in the Brazilian national team's training sessions after performing warm-up exercises individually, wearing playing shoes and using the ball during yesterday's (Wednesday) training session.
Neymar suffered an injury to his right calf during his team Santos's match against Coritiba last month, causing him to miss Brazil's friendly matches during the preparation for the 2026 World Cup, as well as the first match in the tournament against Morocco, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Brazil's All-Time Top Scorer
Neymar is the all-time top scorer for the Brazilian national team with 79 goals, having participated in 128 international matches since his debut with the senior team in 2010.
