تُوج الزمالك بطلاً لمسابقة الدوري المصري الممتاز للمرة الـ15 في تاريخه، عقب فوزه على سيراميكا كليوباترا بهدف دون رد، في المباراة التي أقيمت أمس (الأربعاء) على استاد القاهرة الدولي، ضمن منافسات الجولة الأخيرة من مرحلة تحديد البطل.
وكان الزمالك بحاجة إلى التعادل فقط لإسعاد جماهيره، بعد أيام قليلة من خسارة نهائي الكونفدرالية الأفريقية أمام اتحاد العاصمة الجزائري بركلات الترجيح.
الدباغ يسجل هدف الفوز
جاء هدف الزمالك في الدقيقة الثامنة عن طريق عدي الدباغ، بتسديدة من داخل منطقة الجزاء، بعد خطأ ساذج من دفاع سيراميكا كليوباترا.
وفي الشوط الثاني، ألغى حكم المباراة الهدف الثاني للزمالك بداعي وجود خطأ من اللاعب شيكو بانزا تجاه أحد مدافعي سيراميكا، قبل مراوغة حارس المرمى وتسديد الكرة في الشباك.
بطل رغم الأزمات
ورغم الأزمات المالية التي يمر بها «الفارس الأبيض»، وارتفاع القضايا المالية ضده في الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «فيفا» إلى 18 قضية، إلا أنه حصد لقب الدوري المصري، وكان قريباً من التتويج بلقب الكونفدرالية.
ترتيب الزمالك
بهذه النتيجة، رفع الزمالك رصيده إلى 56 نقطة في صدارة ترتيب الدوري المصري، بفارق نقطتين عن بيراميدز الوصيف، وثلاث نقاط عن الأهلي صاحب المركز الثالث.
Zamalek has been crowned champion of the Egyptian Premier League for the 15th time in its history, following its victory over Ceramica Cleopatra with a score of one goal to none, in the match held yesterday (Wednesday) at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the final round of the title-deciding phase.
Zamalek only needed a draw to please its fans, just a few days after losing the African Confederation Cup final to Algerian CR Belouizdad on penalties.
Al-Dabbagh Scores the Winning Goal
The goal for Zamalek came in the eighth minute through Adi Al-Dabbagh, with a shot from inside the penalty area, following a silly mistake by the Ceramica Cleopatra defense.
In the second half, the referee disallowed Zamalek's second goal due to a foul by player Chico Banza against one of the Ceramica defenders, before he dribbled past the goalkeeper and shot the ball into the net.
Champion Despite Crises
Despite the financial crises facing the "White Knight" and the number of financial cases against it in FIFA rising to 18, it still clinched the Egyptian league title and was close to winning the Confederation Cup title.
Zamalek's Standings
With this result, Zamalek raised its tally to 56 points at the top of the Egyptian league standings, two points ahead of second-placed Pyramids, and three points ahead of third-placed Al Ahly.
