وحصد «الروسونيري» بقيادة مدربه ماسيميليانو أليغري نقطة واحدة من أصل تسع نقاط في آخر ثلاث مباريات بالدوري الإيطالي، ما يجعله مهدداً بالغياب عن دوري أبطال أوروبا الموسم القادم.

نجح أتالانتا في ترجمة فرصه إلى هدفين في الشوط الأول عن طريق إيدرسون ودافيد زاباكوستا في الدقيقتين 7 و29.
