رصدت «عكاظ» عبر موقع محكمة التحكيم الرياضي الدولية (CAS) ظهور عدة أحكام نهائية منشورة ترتبط بأندية سعودية، تصدّرها نادي الحزم بحكمين في نزاعين منفصلين مع أعضاء من جهازه الفني، إلى جانب أربع قضايا تخص نادي أبها، توزعت بين طعون رُفضت أمام المحكمة وملف تعاقدي حُسم لمصلحة النادي.
ففي ملف الحزم، ألزمت المحكمة النادي بدفع 285,486 دولارًا في قضية المدرب البرتغالي أنطونيو غوفيا، كما ألزمت النادي بدفع 56,710 دولارات في قضية ميغيل بينتو، وهو أحد أعضاء الجهاز الفني.
وفي ملفات أبها، أظهرت الأحكام المنشورة رفض استئناف النادي في ثلاث قضايا منفصلة، من بينها قضية بافل بريمِل، إضافة إلى قضية أخرى أمام المحكمة بين اللاعب الروماني بوغدان فاتاجيلو ونادي أبها، انتهت برفض استئناف اللاعب وتأكيد القرار السابق، لتكون القضية الوحيدة ضمن الملفات المرصودة التي انتهت لمصلحة النادي السعودي.
وبحسب الرصد، فإن الأحكام السعودية الظاهرة حاليًا في صفحة Recent Decisions على موقع «CAS» تكشف سلسلة نزاعات تعاقدية وفنية متداولة أمام المحكمة، مع تركّز واضح في القضايا المنشورة التي تخص ناديي الحزم وأبها.
"Okaz" monitored through the website of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) the appearance of several published final rulings related to Saudi clubs, led by Al-Hazm Club with two rulings in separate disputes with members of its technical staff, in addition to four cases concerning Abha Club, which were distributed between rejected appeals before the court and a contractual file that was resolved in favor of the club.
In the Al-Hazm file, the court ordered the club to pay $285,486 in the case of Portuguese coach Antonio Gouveia, and also ordered the club to pay $56,710 in the case of Miguel Pinto, who is a member of the technical staff.
In the Abha files, the published rulings showed the rejection of the club's appeal in three separate cases, including the case of Pavel Primil, in addition to another case before the court between Romanian player Bogdan Vatajelu and Abha Club, which ended with the rejection of the player's appeal and the confirmation of the previous decision, making it the only case among the monitored files that ended in favor of the Saudi club.
According to the monitoring, the currently visible Saudi rulings on the Recent Decisions page of the "CAS" website reveal a series of contractual and technical disputes being processed before the court, with a clear concentration in the published cases concerning Al-Hazm and Abha clubs.
