مع اقتراب المواجهة المرتقبة والتي تجمع منتخب إيطاليا ونظيره البوسنة والهرسك لتحديد المتأهل لنهائيات كأس العالم 2026، ظهرت حادثة مثيرة، إذ تم كشف شخص إيطالي يتجسس على تدريبات منتخب البوسنة والهرسك لتثير الجدل وتزيد من الأجواء المشحونة في المنتخبين.
ونقلت صحيفة «ماركا» الإسبانية تفاصيل الواقعة، إذ قام شخص تابع للجانب الإيطالي بتصوير تدريبات المنتخب البوسني بشكل غير قانوني بعد انتهاء الفترة المسموح بها لوسائل الإعلام، وبحسب ما تم رصده فإن الشخص كان متواجدا في منطقة غير مخصصة للصحفيين واستمر في تسجيل كل تفاصيل المران الخاص بالفريق.
وتبين لاحقا أن هذا الشخص جندي إيطالي تابع لقوات الأمن الأوروبية المتواجدة داخل البوسنة والهرسك، وكان الجندي يرتدي ملابس عسكرية مع ظهور شارة إيطاليا على كتفه ما أثار الشكوك حول طبيعة تواجده داخل محيط التدريب.
وتدخلت عناصر الأمن سريعا لإبعاد الجندي من مكان التدريب بعد اكتشاف الواقعة، وتسببت الحادثة في حالة من الجدل داخل الأوساط الرياضية خصوصا في ظل حساسية المواجهة المرتقبة بين المنتخبين.
وتقدم الاتحاد البوسني لكرة القدم بشكوى رسمية إلى الجهات المختصة بسبب الواقعة مطالبا بفتح تحقيق شامل، ويستعد المنتخبان لخوض مواجهة حاسمة في الملحق الأوروبي، حيث يسعى كل فريق لحجز بطاقة التأهل إلى كأس العالم.

The Spanish newspaper "Marca" reported the details of the incident, stating that an individual affiliated with the Italian side illegally filmed the Bosnian team’s training after the media's allowed time had ended. According to observations, the person was present in an area not designated for journalists and continued to record all the details of the team's practice.
It later became clear that this individual was an Italian soldier belonging to the European security forces stationed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The soldier was wearing military attire with an Italian insignia on his shoulder, which raised suspicions about the nature of his presence in the training vicinity.
Security personnel quickly intervened to remove the soldier from the training area after the incident was discovered. The event has caused a stir within sports circles, especially given the sensitivity of the upcoming match between the two teams.
The Bosnian Football Federation has filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities regarding the incident, demanding a comprehensive investigation. Both teams are preparing for a decisive match in the European playoffs, as each team aims to secure a spot in the World Cup.
