أصدرت لجنة الانضباط في بطولة جدة لكرة القدم 2026 قرارها رقم 2/ج/2026 بتاريخ 23/2/2026 بعد أن تقدم «الرسوخ» بعد خسارته من «الوداد الطائفي» ضمن مباريات دور الـ16 بنتيجة 4/2 بالاحتجاج على مشاركة اللاعب عبدالرحمن الجمعان (حلواني) رقم 8 كونه لاعباً محترفاً، وأنظمة رابطة الهواة لكرة القدم ولائحة بطولة جدة لكرة القدم 2026 تمنع مشاركة اللاعبين المحترفين نهائياً، وبعد اجتماع لجنة الانضباط وبناء على المادة رقم 53 من لائحة الانضباط وفض المنازعات وعدم الأهلية القانونية قررت قبول احتجاج «الرسوخ» شكلاً وموضوعاً، واعتبار «الوداد الطائفي» خاسراً نتيجة المباراة 3/0، وإيقاف لاعب «الوداد الطائفي» عبدالرحمن الجمعان 4 مباريات، وإيقاف إداري «الوداد الطائفي» خالد القرشي 4 مباريات، وإعادة رسوم الاحتجاج لـ«الرسوخ»، والقرار غير قابل للاستئناف استناداً على لائحة بطولة جدة لكرة القدم 2026.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Jeddah Football Championship 2026 issued its decision No. 2/J/2026 on 23/2/2026 after "Al-Rasukh" filed a protest following their loss to "Al-Widad Al-Taifi" in the Round of 16 with a score of 4/2, regarding the participation of player Abdulrahman Al-Jumaan (Halwani) No. 8 as he is a professional player. After a meeting of the Disciplinary Committee and based on Article 53 of the Disciplinary and Dispute Resolution Regulations and the lack of legal eligibility, it was decided to accept "Al-Rasukh's" protest in form and substance, to consider "Al-Widad Al-Taifi" as the loser of the match with a score of 3/0, to suspend "Al-Widad Al-Taifi" player Abdulrahman Al-Jumaan for 4 matches, to suspend "Al-Widad Al-Taifi" administrator Khalid Al-Qurashi for 4 matches, to refund the protest fees to "Al-Rasukh," and the decision is not subject to appeal based on the regulations of the Jeddah Football Championship 2026.
