تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، حضر أمير منطقة الرياض الأمير فيصل بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز اليوم، الحفل الختامي للعرض الدولي (الثامن) لجمال الخيل العربية الأصيلة، وذلك في مدينة الرياض.
وكان في استقباله، لدى وصوله مقر الحفل، رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العليا للفروسية ورئيس مجلس إدارة نادي سباقات الخيل بندر بن خالد بن فيصل، ووزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة المهندس عبدالرحمن بن عبدالمحسن الفضلي.
وبعد أن عزف السلام الملكي، جرى استعراض الأفراس المشاركة في البطولة.
عقب ذلك تسلم ملاك مرابط الأفراس الفائزة ببطولة الفحول سعودية الأصل والمنشأ جوائز المسابقة من أمير منطقة الرياض، إذ توج الأمير فيصل بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز الفائزين بالبطولة بالمراكز الثلاثة الأولى، وحقق الذهب «خريسان عذبة» والفضة «بسلم عذبة» للأمير أحمد بن عبدالعزيز، فيما نالت البرونزية «ليث ديراب» لمربط العارض، تلتها بطولة الأفراس، وتوّج بالذهب مربط هورايزن من خلال الفرس «إيكو أناستازجا»، كما نالت الفضة «دي غرام» للخيالة السلطانية، وحققت الفرس «نوف عذبة» لمربط عذبة الجائزة البرونزية، وسط حضور واسع من ملاك المرابط والمهتمين.
وتسلّم أمير منطقة الرياض هدية تذكارية مقدمة من مركز الملك عبدالعزيز للخيل العربية الأصيلة، قدّمها له وزير البيئة والمياه والزراعة رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز المهندس عبدالرحمن بن عبدالمحسن الفضلي.
وفي ختام الحفل، كرم أمير منطقة الرياض الجهات الحكومية والشركات الراعية والمشاركين في النسخة الثامنة من العرض.
يذكر أن العرض الدولي (الثامن) لجمال الخيل العربية الأصيلة قد انطلق الثلاثاء الماضي، بأعلى مستويات المشاركة من مختلف الدول ورقم قياسي بلغ (844) رأساً من الخيل العربية الأصيلة، إضافةً إلى برامج مصاحبة أسهمت في إبراز جمال الخيل العربية وتاريخها وتراثها العريق، وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية المعتمدة.
Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Prince of the Riyadh Region, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, attended today the closing ceremony of the 8th International Arabian Horse Show, held in the city of Riyadh.
Upon his arrival at the event venue, he was welcomed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the High Commission for Equestrian and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club, Bandar bin Khalid bin Faisal, and the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadli.
After the national anthem was played, the participating mares in the championship were showcased.
Following that, the owners of the winning mares in the Saudi-origin stallion championship received their awards from the Prince of the Riyadh Region, as Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz honored the top three winners of the championship, with gold going to "Kharisan Adhba," silver to "Baslam Adhba" for Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, and bronze to "Laith Dirab" for Al-Arid Stud. The mares championship followed, where Al-Horizon Stud won gold with the mare "Echo Anastasia," silver went to "Di Gram" for the Royal Cavalry, and the mare "Nof Adhba" from Adhba Stud received the bronze award, amidst a large presence of stud owners and enthusiasts.
The Prince of the Riyadh Region received a commemorative gift from the King Abdulaziz Center for Arabian Horses, presented to him by the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadli.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Prince of the Riyadh Region honored the government entities, sponsoring companies, and participants in the eighth edition of the show.
It is worth mentioning that the 8th International Arabian Horse Show commenced last Tuesday, with the highest levels of participation from various countries and a record number of (844) heads of purebred Arabian horses, in addition to accompanying programs that contributed to highlighting the beauty of Arabian horses and their rich history and heritage, according to the highest internationally recognized standards.
