أزالت أمانة محافظة جدة، تعديات على أرض حكومية بحي الأجواد ضمن نطاق بلدية بريمان الفرعية، بعد رصد اعتداء تمثل في إنشاء مبانٍ ومحلات تجارية بطرق غير نظامية على الموقع.
وأكد رئيس بلدية بريمان الفرعية، فهد المالكي، أن البلدية رصدت التعدي، إذ تبين وجود إنشاءات ومحلات تجارية مقامة داخل أرض حكومية تابعة لإحدى الوزارات دون مستندات نظامية، مبيناً أنه جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية حيال الموقع وإزالة المخالفات بمساحة إجمالية بلغت (74,050) متراً مربعاً.
وأشار إلى أنه جرى الرفع إلى هيئة عقارات الدولة لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحكم الاختصاص، مؤكداً أن الجهود تأتي في إطار أعمال الأمانة المستمرة لمعالجة التعديات على الأراضي الحكومية، وتطبيق الأنظمة والحد من استغلال المواقع العامة بطرق غير نظامية.
The Jeddah Governorate's Secretariat has removed encroachments on government land in the Al-Ajwad neighborhood within the jurisdiction of the Briman Sub-Municipality, following the detection of an encroachment involving the construction of buildings and commercial shops in an unauthorized manner on the site.
The head of the Briman Sub-Municipality, Fahd Al-Maliki, confirmed that the municipality detected the encroachment, as it was found that there were constructions and commercial shops established on government land belonging to one of the ministries without legal documents. He indicated that legal procedures were taken regarding the site, and the violations were removed over a total area of (74,050) square meters.
He noted that a report was submitted to the State Properties Authority to complete the legal procedures as per jurisdiction, affirming that these efforts are part of the Secretariat's ongoing work to address encroachments on government lands, enforce regulations, and limit the exploitation of public sites in unauthorized ways.
