واصل مانشستر يونايتد صحوته في الدوري الانجليزي (بريميرليغ)، بتحقيق انتصاره الثالث على التوالي أمام ضيفه برايتون بأربعة أهداف مقابل هدفين، في اللقاء الذي جمعهما أمس (السبت)، ضمن منافسات الجولة التاسعة من المسابقة.
افتتح ماتيوس كونيا التسجيل لـ«الشياطين الحمر» في الدقيقة 24، قبل أن يعزز كاسيميرو التقدم بهدف ثانٍ في الدقيقة 34.
وفي الشوط الثاني، أضاف بريان مبيومو الهدف الثالث لأصحاب الأرض عند الدقيقة 61، فيما قلّص برايتون الفارق بهدفين متتاليين عبر داني ويلبيك وكوستولاس في الدقيقتين 74 و90+2.
لكن مبيومو عاد ليؤكد تفوق يونايتد بإحرازه الهدف الرابع في الدقيقة 90+7، ليقود فريقه لانتصار مستحق.
ترتيب الفريقين في الدوري
بهذه النتيجة، رفع مانشستر يونايتد رصيده إلى 16 نقطة في المركز الرابع بجدول ترتيب «البريميرليغ»، بعدما حقق 5 انتصارات وتعادلاً واحداً وتلقى هزيمتين.
في المقابل، تجمد رصيد برايتون عند 12 نقطة في المركز الـ13، من 3 انتصارات و3 تعادلات و3 خسائر.

Matheus Cunha opened the scoring for the "Red Devils" in the 24th minute, before Casemiro doubled the lead with a second goal in the 34th minute.
In the second half, Bryan Mbeumo added the third goal for the home side in the 61st minute, while Brighton narrowed the gap with two consecutive goals from Danny Welbeck and Kostas in the 74th and 90+2 minutes.
However, Mbeumo returned to confirm United's superiority by scoring the fourth goal in the 90+7 minute, leading his team to a deserved victory.
