شهدت مباراة إيطاليا وإسرائيل، التي انتهت بفوز منتخب «الآزوري» 5-4، أمس الإثنين في تصفيات كأس العالم 2026، جدالاً حاداً بين لاعبي الفريقين على أرض الملعب بعد صافرة النهاية.
وبحسب موقع «فوتبول إيطاليا»، فقد أكد عدد من اللاعبين الإسرائيليين لوسائل الإعلام أنهم تعرضوا للإهانة طوال المباراة، حيث أفادوا بأن الأمور بدأت بعد أن قام الحارس الإيطالي جانلويجي دوناروما وبعض اللاعبين الآخرين بمضايقة لاعبي إسرائيل وسبهم، ما أدى إلى شجار عقب إطلاق صافرة نهاية المباراة.
وقال اللاعب الإسرائيلي إيلي داسا عقب اللقاء: «اندلع شجار، وكانوا متوترين جداً، شعرنا أننا كنا في المباراة وأننا نستحق الفوز، بينما حاولوا استفزازنا قليلاً لكن هذه الأمور جزء من كرة القدم».

وأقيمت المباراة على أرض محايدة في ديبريسن بالمجر، وسط أجواء متوترة بسبب الحرب الإسرائيلية تجاه غزة.
ويواجه المنتخب الإيطالي، الفائز بكأس العالم أربع مرات، ضغطاً محلياً للتأهل إلى مونديال 2026، بعد غيابه عن النسختين الأخيرتين.

According to the "Football Italia" website, several Israeli players confirmed to the media that they were subjected to insults throughout the match, stating that tensions began after Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and some other players harassed and cursed the Israeli players, leading to a brawl after the final whistle.
Israeli player Eli Dasa said after the match: "A fight broke out, and they were very tense. We felt we were in the game and that we deserved to win, while they tried to provoke us a little, but these things are part of football."
