حقق فريق نيوم الصاعد حديثاً لدوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين تعادلاً مثيراً أمام نظيره فريق روما الإيطالي بهدفين لكل منهما في اللقاء الودي الذي جمع بينهما مساء اليوم (السبت) بمدينة فروزينوني الإيطالية.
ودخل نيوم اللقاء بتشكيلة اختارها المدير الفني كريستوف غالتييه مكونة من: الحارس مارسين بولكا وعبدالملك العييري وأحمد حجازي وناثان زيزي وفارس عابدي وأمادو كوني وعبّاس الحسن وسعيد بن رحمة وعلاء حجي وسايمون بوابري وألكسندر لاكازيت، فيما دخل روما اللقاء بتشكيلة مكونة من: الحارس ميل سفيلار وإيفان نديكا وجيانلوكو مانشيني ودانيال جيلاردي وخوسي تاسيندي (أنجليلينو) ونيكولو بيسيلي وبرايان كريستانتي وديفين رينش وسول وماتياس سوليه وباولو ديبالا وإيفان فيرغسون.
وقصّ روما شريط التسجيل بعد مرور 25 دقيقة عن طريق لاعبه برايان كريستانتي، ولكن لم تمر سوى دقيقة حتى أدرك المحترف الجزائري بصفوف نيوم سعيد بن رحمة التعادل لفريقه (د:26)، وعاد روما ليتقدم بهدف ثانٍ سجله لاعبه الأرجنتيني ماتياس سوليه (د:32)، ولكن أدرك نيوم التعادل سريعاً مجدداً بهدف للاعبه فارس عابدي (د:39)، ولم يشهد الشوط الثاني أي تغير في النتيجة بعد أن اعتمد مدربا الفريقين لإشراك عدد من اللاعبين الاحتياطيين للوقوف على مدى جاهزيتهم للموسم الرياضي الجديد.
الجدير بالذكر أن نيوم سيخوض أول لقاءاته في دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين بمواجهة الأهلي على استاد مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة الخميس 28 أغسطس الحالي.

The newly promoted Neom team in the Roshan Saudi Pro League achieved an exciting draw against their counterpart, the Italian team Roma, with a score of two goals each in the friendly match held between them this evening (Saturday) in the city of Frosinone, Italy.
Neom entered the match with a lineup chosen by head coach Christophe Galtier, consisting of: goalkeeper Marcin Bułka, Abdulmalik Al-Ayyeri, Ahmed Hegazi, Nathan Zézé, Faris Abdi, Amadou Koné, Abbas Al-Hassan, Saïd Benrahma, Alaa Hajji, Simon Bouapri, and Alexandre Lacazette. Meanwhile, Roma entered the match with a lineup including: goalkeeper Mile Svilar, Evan Ndicka, Gianluca Mancini, Daniele Giannetti, José Tasende (Angelino), Nicolo Bisegni, Bryan Cristante, Devin Rensch, Sol, Matias Soulé, Paulo Dybala, and Ivan Ferguson.
Roma opened the scoring after 25 minutes through their player Bryan Cristante, but just a minute later, Algerian professional player Saïd Benrahma equalized for Neom (26'). Roma then took the lead again with a second goal scored by their Argentine player Matias Soulé (32'), but Neom quickly equalized again with a goal from their player Faris Abdi (39'). The second half saw no change in the score as both teams' coaches opted to introduce several substitute players to assess their readiness for the upcoming sports season.
