علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها أن إدارة نادي الوحدة لم تتوصل لاتفاق مع قائد الفريق الكروي وليد باخشوين، من أجل تجديد عقده موسماً رياضيّاً واحداً، وأن الطرفين لم يتوصلا لاتفاق بشأن المبلغ المالي الذي سيحصل عليه اللاعب خلال مدة العقد الجديد، ولم ينضم باخشوين لمعسكر الفريق الكروي في تركيا، مسجلاً غيابه عن المعسكر للمرة الأولى منذ 7 سنوات الماضية.
من جانب آخر، يواصل لاعبو فريق الوحدة تمارينهم اليومية على فترتين صباحية ومسائية بمعسكر تركيا، تحت إشراف المدرب سييرا الذي بدأ مهمته الفنية باجتماع مطول مع اللاعبين حذرهم من التهاون في أداء مهماتهم الفنية داخل المستطيل الأخضر مع أي مباراة رسمية منذ بداية دوري يلو حتى نهايته، وأنه مستعد لاستبعاد أي لاعب يقصر في أداء المهمات الفنية لأن لدينا هدفاً واحداً لا بد من تحقيقه وهو عودة الفريق الكروي إلى مكانه الطبيعي بين أندية دوري روشن.
وأضاف سييرا: «سيُمنح الجميع الفرصة كاملة في المباريات الودية من أجل كشف قدرات كل لاعب وفي ضوء الأداء الفني سيتم تقييم اللاعب».
من جهة أخرى سيخوض الفريق الوحداوي مباراتين وديتين الأولى أمام فريق القادسية الكويتي يوم الثلاثاء 19 أغسطس الجاري، والثانية ضد فريق المحرق البحريني يوم الإثنين 25 من الشهر ذاته.
