According to sources, "Okaz" learned that the management of Al-Hilal Club is considering extending the contract of Portuguese star Ruben Neves upon the recommendation of Italian coach Inzaghi. Negotiations will take place regarding all details related to the extension of his contract with the club in the coming days, as his current contract ends in the summer of 2026. The club's management aims to maintain the team's technical gains, as the player is considered one of the key pillars in the map of the leader.

Neves has excelled with the leader in the past two seasons, contributing alongside his teammates to achieving four championships with the Al-Hilal team (the Super Cup twice, the Roshan Saudi Professional League, and the King’s Cup), in addition to his remarkable performance in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in America.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Hilal Club announced in June 2023 its contract with Portuguese Ruben Neves, midfielder of the English team Wolverhampton, for a duration of 3 years.
