The midfielder of Al-Ittihad, Moussa Diaby, has become the owner of the fastest goal for Al-Ittihad in the Professional League, when he scored his team's first goal against Al-Shabab in the 28th second of the first half in the match that ended in favor of the team with a score of 2/3, as part of the thirty-third round of the Roshan Professional League. Diaby topped the list of the fastest goal scorers in Al-Ittihad's history in the Professional League. The list included former Al-Ittihad captain Mohammed Noor, who scored his goal against Najran in the 40th second of the 2008/2009 season, and the Egyptian professional Mahmoud Kahraba, who scored against Al-Ettifaq in the 1st minute and 4th second of the 2016/2017 season, as well as the Moroccan Abderrazak Hamdallah, who scored against Al-Taawoun in the 1st minute and 5th second of the 2021/2022 season. The list also included Mukhtar Faltah, who scored against Al-Nahda in the 1st minute and 11th second of the 2013/2014 season.

Diaby will miss the upcoming match for Al-Ittihad against Damak, which will witness the crowning of the team with the title of the Saudi Roshan Professional League, due to his suspension for accumulating yellow cards.
