نفى نادي ريال مدريد الإسباني أنباء دخوله في مفاوضات مع نجم تشيلسي الإنجليزي إنزو فرنانديز للتعاقد معه خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية.
وكان فرنانديز، البالغ من العمر 25 عاماً، قد عبر في وقت سابق عن حبه لمدينة مدريد ورغبته في اللعب هناك، كما ذكرت تقارير صحفية أن إدارة النادي الملكي اتفقت مع اللاعب على البنود الشخصية.
إنزو «خارج حسابات» الريال
وقال ريال مدريد في بيان عبر موقعه الرسمي: «رداً على المعلومات والتصريحات التي ظهرت في الأيام الأخيرة حول اهتمام مزعوم من ريال مدريد بالتعاقد مع اللاعب إنزو فرنانديز، يرغب النادي في التأكيد على أنه لم يقم بأي تحرك، سواء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، للتعاقد مع اللاعب المذكور، كما أنه ليست لديه أي نية لإبرام هذه الصفقة».
إشادة باللاعب وعلاقة مميزة مع تشيلسي
وأضاف البيان: «يود ريال مدريد التعبير عن أقصى درجات الاحترام لإنزو فرنانديز، وهو لاعب كرة قدم رائع تُعرف مسيرته وجودته على نطاق واسع، وكذلك لنادي تشيلسي، الذي يحتفظ معه ريال مدريد بعلاقة مؤسسية ممتازة».
وتابع: «بسبب الاحترام الذي يستحقه كيان مثل تشيلسي، ومن منطلق مبادئ الولاء المؤسسي التي طالما ميزت تصرفات ريال مدريد، يعتبر النادي من الضروري نفي هذه التكهنات بشكل قاطع، لأنها تفتقر إلى الأساس ولا تعكس الواقع».
استياء من الشائعات
وختم البيان: «يعرب ريال مدريد عن أسفه لأنه، على الرغم من وضوح الحقائق وعدم وجود أي تحرك من قبل النادي، تستمر المعلومات غير الدقيقة في الانتشار، ما يسهم في إحداث ارتباك بين المشجعين وإلحاق الضرر غير الضروري بالكيانات والأشخاص المعنيين».
The Spanish club Real Madrid has denied reports of entering negotiations with Chelsea star Enzo Fernandez to sign him during the summer transfer window.
Fernandez, who is 25 years old, had previously expressed his love for the city of Madrid and his desire to play there. Media reports also indicated that the royal club's management had agreed with the player on personal terms.
Enzo "out of Real's plans"
Real Madrid stated in a statement on its official website: "In response to the information and statements that have emerged in recent days regarding an alleged interest from Real Madrid in signing player Enzo Fernandez, the club wishes to confirm that it has made no move, either directly or indirectly, to sign the mentioned player, and it has no intention of making this deal."
Praise for the player and a special relationship with Chelsea
The statement added: "Real Madrid would like to express its utmost respect for Enzo Fernandez, a wonderful football player whose career and quality are widely recognized, as well as for Chelsea, with whom Real Madrid maintains an excellent institutional relationship."
It continued: "Due to the respect that an entity like Chelsea deserves, and based on the principles of institutional loyalty that have always characterized Real Madrid's actions, the club finds it necessary to categorically deny these speculations, as they lack foundation and do not reflect reality."
Dissatisfaction with the rumors
The statement concluded: "Real Madrid expresses its regret that, despite the clarity of the facts and the absence of any move by the club, inaccurate information continues to spread, contributing to confusion among fans and causing unnecessary harm to the entities and individuals involved."
