تعرض الظهير الأيسر لريال مدريد الإسباني ألكسندر أرنولد، لإصابة عضلية بعد مرور 4 دقائق فقط من انطلاق مباراة فريقه أمام أولمبيك مارسيليا الفرنسي، اليوم (الثلاثاء) على ملعب «سانتياغو برنابيو»، ضمن منافسات الجولة الأولى من مرحلة الدوري ببطولة دوري أبطال أوروبا.
وشعر أرنولد بآلام عضلية في الفخذ اليسرى أثناء وجوده بالقرب من خط التماس، ليسقط أرضاً دون احتكاك مع أي من لاعبي الفريق المنافس.
واضطر الجهاز الفني لاستبداله مبكراً، إذ دخل داني كارفاخال بديلاً له، بينما توجّه أرنولد إلى غرفة الملابس لإجراء مزيد من الفحوصات الطبية من قبل الطاقم الطبي للفريق الملكي.
وكان أرنولد قد انضم إلى ريال مدريد خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية، في صفقة انتقال حر عقب نهاية عقده مع ليفربول الإنجليزي.
The left-back of Real Madrid, Alexander Arnold, suffered a muscle injury just 4 minutes into his team's match against Olympique Marseille today (Tuesday) at the "Santiago Bernabéu" stadium, as part of the first round of the group stage in the UEFA Champions League.
Arnold felt pain in his left thigh while he was near the touchline, falling to the ground without any contact with opposing players.
The coaching staff was forced to substitute him early, with Dani Carvajal coming on as his replacement, while Arnold headed to the locker room for further medical examinations by the royal team's medical staff.
Arnold had joined Real Madrid during the last summer transfer window, in a free transfer after the end of his contract with Liverpool.
