أنهى أتالانتا الإيطالي خامس صفقاته في فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الحالية، فبعد أن تعاقد مع الرباعي كوسونو وكمال الدين سليمان وأهانور وسبورتييلو، أعلن النادي الإيطالي اليوم (الإثنين) تعاقده مع الظهير نيكولا زاليفسكي (23 عاما) قادما من إنتر ميلان.
وأكد النادي الإيطالي في بيانه: «الظهير الإيطالي-البولندي، الذي سيرتدي القميص رقم 59، يتمتع بالفعل بخبرة كبيرة على أعلى مستوى: 95 مباراة في الدوري الإيطالي، 26 في الدوري الأوروبي و7 في الدوري الأوروبي للمؤتمرات، وهي مسابقة فاز بها مع روما في مايو 2022. في عمر 23 عاما فقط، تزخر سيرته الذاتية بمباراتين في دوري أبطال أوروبا، ومباراتين في كأس العالم للأندية، ومشاركة مع بولندا في كأس العالم 2022 في قطر، وكأس أمم أوروبا 2024 في ألمانيا، وجمع حتى الآن 29 مباراة دولية و3 أهداف».
وتحدث البيان عن بدايات اللاعب: «ولد زاليفسكي في تيفولي في 23 يناير 2002، وبدأ لعب كرة القدم في سن السادسة، وبرزت موهبته مع تقدمه في صفوف الشباب لفريق روما، ووصل في النهاية إلى الظهور الأول مع الفريق الأول في 6 مايو 2021، عن عمر 19 عاما، في مباراة الإياب من نصف نهائي الدوري الأوروبي. وبعد ثلاثة أيام فقط، شارك لأول مرة في الدوري الإيطالي، وساهم في فوز روما على كروتوني».
منذ موسم 2021/ 2022 فصاعدا، أصبح لاعبا أساسيا في الفريق الأول، وفي 25 مايو 2022، شارك في التشكيلة الأساسية لجيالوروسي في الفوز التاريخي في نهائي دوري أوروبا للمؤتمرات ضد فينورد في تيرانا. في الموسم التالي، لا يزال مع روما، وكان غالبا ما يشارك كلاعب أساسي (34 مرة في 45 مباراة بين الدوري الإيطالي ودوري أوروبا UEFA)، سجل أول أهدافه في الدوري في 12 مارس 2023 ضد ساسولو.

Atalanta has completed its fifth signing in the current summer transfer window. After signing the quartet of Kosonou, Kamal-Deen Sulemana, Ahyanor, and Sportiello, the Italian club announced today (Monday) the signing of left-back Nikola Zalewski (23 years old) from Inter Milan.
The Italian club confirmed in its statement: "The Italian-Polish full-back, who will wear the number 59 shirt, already has significant experience at the highest level: 95 matches in Serie A, 26 in the UEFA Europa League, and 7 in the UEFA Europa Conference League, a competition he won with Roma in May 2022. At just 23 years old, his resume boasts two matches in the UEFA Champions League, two matches in the FIFA Club World Cup, and participation with Poland in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, as well as the UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany, having so far accumulated 29 international matches and 3 goals."
The statement discussed the player's beginnings: "Zalewski was born in Tivoli on January 23, 2002, and began playing football at the age of six. His talent emerged as he progressed through the youth ranks of Roma, eventually making his first-team debut on May 6, 2021, at the age of 19, in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League semi-final. Just three days later, he made his Serie A debut, contributing to Roma's victory over Crotone."
Since the 2021/2022 season, he has become a key player for the first team, and on May 25, 2022, he was part of the starting lineup for the Giallorossi in their historic victory in the UEFA Europa Conference League final against Feyenoord in Tirana. In the following season, still with Roma, he frequently participated as a starter (34 times in 45 matches across Serie A and the UEFA Europa League), scoring his first league goals on March 12, 2023, against Sassuolo.
On February 1, 2025, he joined Inter on loan and provided an assist in the 1-1 derby draw against Milan, just the day after his signing. On May 11, he scored his first goal with Inter in the team's away victory over Torino. At the end of last season, he transferred permanently to Inter Milan from Roma.
As a dual national, he chose to represent Poland, his parents' homeland, and made his debut on September 5, 2021. He played two matches in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and three matches in Euro 2024 in Germany, after opening his international account with a goal in a friendly win 2-1 against Turkey on June 10, 2024.
