وجه مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني اليوم (الثلاثاء)، القوات المسلحة والأمن بإبقاء الجاهزية العسكرية والأمنية والاستخباراتية عند مستوياتها القصوى، وتعزيز إجراءات الحماية والإنذار المبكر، واستمرار الردع المتكامل ومنع المليشيا الإرهابية من تحقيق أي مكاسب معنوية.
أكد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني خلال اجتماع برئاسة الدكتور رشاد العليمي أن الدولة ماضية في جهودها لاستعادة مؤسساتها، وفرض سلطتها على كامل ترابها الوطني، وإنهاء المعاناة الإنسانية التي صنعتها المليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية، مشدداً على جاهزية القوات المسلحة وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية للقيام بمهامها الدستورية، وامتلاك زمام المبادرة، وجعل تصعيد المليشيا الإرهابية أكثر كلفة على قياداتها، وقدراتها، ومصادر تمويلها.
وناقش الاجتماع تطورات الأوضاع العسكرية والأمنية والاقتصادية، والخيارات الإستراتيجية للدولة في مواجهة التصعيد المستمر للمليشيا الحوثية، على طريق جهود استعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وإنهاء الانقلاب.
واستعرض المجلس تقارير حول المستجدات الميدانية، ومستوى الجاهزية في مختلف الجبهات، والتهديدات والهجمات الإجرامية التي تستهدف المنشآت الحيوية والأعيان المدنية، إضافة إلى مشروع إستراتيجية الدولة للمرحلة القادمة، ومصفوفة الإجراءات الاقتصادية والأمنية العاجلة لتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية، وتعزيز جهود مكافحة الإرهاب والتهريب والجريمة المنظمة.
وشدد المجلس على اتخاذ كل التدابير المشروعة والضرورية لحماية المواطنين والمنشآت السيادية والمصالح الوطنية، بما في ذلك العمل الاستباقي ضد مصادر التهديد، ومراكز القيادة والسيطرة، والقدرات العسكرية التي تستخدم أو يجري إعدادها لاستهداف القوات المسلحة والمدنيين والمنشآت الحيوية.
وأشاد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بالكفاءة العالية التي أظهرتها القوات المسلحة والأمن بمختلف تشكيلاتها لردع موجة التصعيد، وقدرتها على إفشال هجمات المليشيا، وإلحاق خسائر موجعة بقدراتها، والوصول إلى أهداف عسكرية نوعية، مؤكداً أن هذا الأداء يعكس تحولاً مهماً في جاهزية مؤسسات الدولة للدفاع عن مؤسساتها، ومصالح شعبها.
وأوضح المجتمعون أن العمليات الناجحة للقوات المسلحة خلال الأسابيع الماضية بعثت برسالة واضحة بأن زمن استباحة المدن، واستهداف المدنيين والمنشآت الوطنية دون كلفة قد انتهى، وأن أي تصعيد جديد ستكون له تبعات مباشرة على الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذه.
وأقر المجلس المضي في استكمال استعادة وظائف الدولة السيادية ومواردها، وتعزيز سيطرتها على المنافذ والإيرادات والخدمات الوطنية، ومكافحة شبكات التهريب وتمويل الإرهاب، وفق مسار مدروس يحمي المواطنين والقطاع الخاص والمدخرات والتحويلات المشروعة، ويضمن عدم الإضرار بإمدادات الغذاء والدواء والسلع الأساسية، مع الضرب بكل حزم ضد أي محاولة للتواطؤ مع شبكات التهريب وتمويل الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة.
ووجه المجلس الأجهزة المختصة باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية لملاحقة المتورطين والميسرين والمستفيدين من أنشطة التهريب، أياً كانت مواقعهم أو صفاتهم، ومحاسبة كل من يثبت تورطه أو إخلاله بواجباته، بما يحمي الاقتصاد الوطني وموارد الدولة، ويجفف مصادر تمويل المليشيا والأنشطة غير المشروعة.
وجدد مجلس القيادة طمأنته للمواطنين في كافة المناطق الخاضعة بالقوة لسيطرة المليشيا، بأن معركة الدولة هي ضد مشروع الانقلاب والسلاح خارج مؤسساتها، وليست مع منطقة أو قبيلة أو مذهب، مؤكداً على هذا الصعيد التزام الدولة بحماية الملكيات الخاصة والوظيفة العامة وحقوق المواطنين، ومنع أعمال الانتقام والفوضى والإقصاء والتهميش.
The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council directed today (Tuesday) the armed forces and security to maintain military, security, and intelligence readiness at their highest levels, enhance protection and early warning measures, and continue integrated deterrence to prevent the terrorist militia from achieving any moral gains.
The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council confirmed during a meeting chaired by Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi that the state is moving forward in its efforts to restore its institutions, impose its authority over its entire national territory, and end the humanitarian suffering caused by the terrorist Houthi militia. It emphasized the readiness of the armed forces and all military formations to carry out their constitutional duties, seize the initiative, and make the escalation of the terrorist militia more costly for its leaders, capabilities, and funding sources.
The meeting discussed developments in military, security, and economic situations, as well as the strategic options for the state in facing the ongoing escalation by the Houthi militia, as part of efforts to restore state institutions and end the coup.
The council reviewed reports on field updates, the level of readiness across various fronts, and the threats and criminal attacks targeting vital facilities and civilian objects, in addition to the state strategy project for the upcoming phase, and a matrix of urgent economic and security measures to improve living conditions and enhance efforts to combat terrorism, smuggling, and organized crime.
The council stressed the need to take all legitimate and necessary measures to protect citizens, sovereign facilities, and national interests, including proactive actions against sources of threat, command and control centers, and military capabilities that are used or being prepared to target the armed forces, civilians, and vital facilities.
The Presidential Leadership Council praised the high efficiency demonstrated by the armed forces and security in various formations to deter the wave of escalation, their ability to thwart militia attacks, inflict painful losses on their capabilities, and achieve significant military objectives, affirming that this performance reflects an important shift in the readiness of state institutions to defend their institutions and the interests of their people.
The attendees clarified that the successful operations of the armed forces over the past weeks sent a clear message that the time for violating cities and targeting civilians and national facilities without cost has ended, and that any new escalation will have direct repercussions on the tools used to implement it.
The council approved proceeding with the completion of restoring the functions of the sovereign state and its resources, enhancing its control over outlets, revenues, and national services, and combating smuggling networks and financing terrorism, according to a studied path that protects citizens, the private sector, savings, and legitimate remittances, while ensuring that food, medicine, and essential goods supplies are not harmed, with a firm crackdown against any attempt to collude with smuggling networks and financing terrorism and organized crime.
The council directed the relevant authorities to take all legal measures to pursue those involved, facilitators, and beneficiaries of smuggling activities, regardless of their locations or statuses, and to hold accountable anyone proven to be involved or negligent in their duties, in a manner that protects the national economy and state resources, and dries up the funding sources for the militia and illegal activities.
The Presidential Leadership Council renewed its reassurance to citizens in all areas forcibly controlled by the militia that the state's battle is against the coup project and weapons outside its institutions, not against a region, tribe, or sect. It reaffirmed the state's commitment to protecting private properties, public functions, and citizens' rights, and preventing acts of revenge, chaos, exclusion, and marginalization.
