حمّلت وزارة الخارجية الكويتية، اليوم (الخميس)، إيران كامل المسؤولية عن استمرار الاعتداءات على أراضيها وعواقبها، معربة عن إدانة دولة الكويت، وبأشد العبارات، لاستمرار العدوان الإيراني الآثم وما يمثله من نهج عدواني متواصل وانتهاك صارخ لسيادتها وأمنها وسلامة أراضيها.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان أن هذا الاعتداء خرق جسيم لقواعد القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2817 لعام 2026.
وأكدت الوزارة أن التمادي في هذا النهج العدواني ضد دولة الكويت وسائر دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية يفاقم حالة التصعيد والتوتر، ويقوض أمن المنطقة واستقرارها، مطالبة بالكف الفوري عن هذه الاعتداءات.
وشددت الوزارة على أن دولة الكويت ستواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية أراضيها وشعبها والمقيمين عليها، وصون مصالحها، وتحتفظ بكامل حقوقها المشروعة وفقاً لأحكام القانون الدولي.
وأعلن الجيش الكويتي تصدي الدفاعات الجوية لهجمات إيرانية بالمسيّرات.
وكتب الجيش الكويتي على حسابه في «إكس»: تتصدى حالياً الدفاعات الجوية الكويتية لهجمات طائرات مسيّرة معادية، إثر العدوان الإيراني الآثم.
وقالت رئاسة الأركان العامة للجيش إن أصوات الانفجارات، إن سُمعت، فهي نتيجة اعتراض منظومات الدفاع الجوي للهجمات المعادية، داعية الجميع إلى التقيد بتعليمات الأمن والسلامة الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs held Iran fully responsible today (Thursday) for the ongoing attacks on its territory and their consequences, expressing the State of Kuwait's condemnation, in the strongest terms, of the continued Iranian aggression and what it represents as a persistent aggressive approach and a blatant violation of its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.
The ministry clarified in a statement that this aggression constitutes a serious breach of international law, the United Nations Charter, and Security Council Resolution No. 2817 of 2026.
The ministry emphasized that the continuation of this aggressive approach against the State of Kuwait and all Gulf Cooperation Council countries exacerbates the state of escalation and tension, undermining the security and stability of the region, calling for an immediate cessation of these attacks.
The ministry stressed that the State of Kuwait will continue to take all necessary measures to protect its territory, its people, and residents, safeguard its interests, and retains all its legitimate rights in accordance with international law.
The Kuwaiti army announced that its air defenses intercepted Iranian drone attacks.
The Kuwaiti army wrote on its account on "X": The Kuwaiti air defenses are currently intercepting attacks from hostile drones, following the Iranian aggression.
The General Staff of the Army stated that if the sounds of explosions are heard, they are the result of the air defense systems intercepting hostile attacks, urging everyone to adhere to the security and safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
