أعلنت اللجنة الأمنية العليا اليوم (الإثنين)، جاهزية القوات المسلحة للتصدي بحزم لأي أنشطة أو تحركات عدائية لمليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية، وأكدت رفع مستوى اليقظة والجاهزية القتالية في مختلف الوحدات العسكرية والأمنية للتعامل مع أي مستجدات ميدانية.
وناقشت اللجنة برئاسة وزير الدفاع الفريق الركن طاهر العقيلي في العاصمة عدن، مستجدات الأوضاع الأمنية والعسكرية وتداعيات قيام طائرة إيرانية بالهبوط في مطار صنعاء، وشددت على ضرورة الإسراع في استكمال تفعيل غرفة عمليات أمنية وعسكرية مشتركة لضمان توحيد الجهود، وتعزيز كفاءة الاستجابة لمواجهة مختلف التحديات.
وأكّدت اللجنة أن هبوط طائرة إيرانية في مطار صنعاء الخاضع للمليشيا الحوثية، يعد خرقاً سافراً للسيادة اليمنية واستمراراً للتدخلات الإيرانية الداعمة للمليشيات الإرهابية وتعزيز قدراتها العسكرية لتهديد أمن اليمن والمنطقة، محذرة من تغاضي المجتمع الدولي عن مثل هذه الانتهاكات التي ستطال خطورتها الجميع.
وأشادت بمستوى الجاهزية العالية للجيش وتصديه ببسالة لاعتداءات مليشيا الحوثي وإفشال محاولاتها العدائية في أكثر من جبهة، موضحة أن هذه الصلابة انعكاس للروح المعنوية العالية والعزيمة الثابتة في الدفاع عن الوطن وأمنه واستقراره.
من جهة أخرى، أشاد رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني الدكتور رشاد العليمي خلال ترؤسه اجتماعاً لهيئة التشاور والمصالحة، بالنجاحات النوعية التي حققتها الأجهزة الأمنية والاستخباراتية في ضبط وتفكيك الخلايا والشبكات الإرهابية، وإحباط عدد من المخططات الإجرامية، بما يعكس تنامي قدرات مؤسسات الدولة وكفاءة أجهزتها في حماية الأمن والاستقرار، والسكينة العامة.
وأكد العليمي أن المرحلة الراهنة تتطلب أعلى درجات التنسيق والتكامل بين مختلف مؤسسات الدولة وهيئاتها المساندة، وتعزيز وحدة القرار الوطني، وحشد الطاقات كافة خلف معركة استعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وحماية المكاسب المحققة على مسار التعافي الاقتصادي، والثقة المتنامية مع المجتمعين الإقليمي والدولي، مشدداً على وحدة الصف.
واستعرض رئيس مجلس القيادة، جهود الحكومة في تنفيذ برنامج الإصلاحات الشاملة، وخطط التعافي الاقتصادي، وتحسين الإيرادات العامة للدولة، مثمناً الدعم السعودي المخلص.
The Higher Security Committee announced today (Monday) the readiness of the armed forces to firmly confront any hostile activities or movements by the Houthi terrorist militia, emphasizing the elevation of vigilance and combat readiness across various military and security units to address any field developments.
The committee, chaired by Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Taher Al-Aqili in the capital, Aden, discussed the latest developments in the security and military situation and the implications of an Iranian aircraft landing at Sana'a Airport. It stressed the need to expedite the activation of a joint security and military operations room to ensure the unification of efforts and enhance the efficiency of responses to various challenges.
The committee confirmed that the landing of an Iranian aircraft at Sana'a Airport, which is under the control of the Houthi militia, constitutes a blatant violation of Yemeni sovereignty and a continuation of Iranian interventions supporting terrorist militias and enhancing their military capabilities to threaten the security of Yemen and the region. It warned against the international community turning a blind eye to such violations, the dangers of which will affect everyone.
It praised the high level of readiness of the army and its courageous response to the attacks of the Houthi militia, thwarting their hostile attempts on multiple fronts, clarifying that this resilience reflects the high morale and steadfast determination to defend the homeland and its security and stability.
On another note, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, during his chairing of a meeting for the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority, praised the qualitative successes achieved by the security and intelligence agencies in apprehending and dismantling terrorist cells and networks, and thwarting several criminal plots, reflecting the growing capabilities of state institutions and the efficiency of its agencies in protecting security, stability, and public tranquility.
Al-Alimi affirmed that the current phase requires the highest levels of coordination and integration among various state institutions and their supporting bodies, enhancing national decision unity, and mobilizing all energies behind the battle to restore state institutions and protect the gains achieved on the path to economic recovery and the growing trust with the regional and international community, stressing the importance of unity.
The Chairman of the Leadership Council reviewed the government's efforts in implementing the comprehensive reform program, economic recovery plans, and improving the state's public revenues, appreciating the sincere Saudi support.
