بالتزامن مع تمديد المفاوضات، ورغم وقف إطلاق النار المعلن بين إسرائيل وحزب الله، شن الجيش الإسرائيلي، اليوم (الجمعة)، غارتين على النبطية الفوقا جنوب لبنان. واستهدفت غارة على دفعتين مستهدفا أطراف النبطية الفوقا في جنوب لبنان، بحسب ما أعلنت «الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام» اللبنانية الرسمية.
ونفذ الجيش الإسرائيلي عمليات جرف وحرق للبيوت في بلدة مركبا في جنوب لبنان، وانفجر جسم غريب من مخلفات الحرب في بلدة المنصوري في جنوب لبنان، أدى إلى مقتل شخص وإصابة آخر بجروح حرجة.
وأعلنت إسرائيل أنها قضت على 10 عناصر من حزب الله منذ أمس (الخميس)، وأن عدد قتلى الحزب بلغ 3200 منذ مارس الماضي.
بالمقابل، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أن أربعة من جنوده، بينهم ضابطان، أصيبوا في اشتباك مع أحد المسلحين في جنوب لبنان أمس الخميس.
وأوضح أن ضابطا أصيب بجروح متوسطة، بينما أصيب ضابط آخر وجنديان بجروح طفيفة في الحادثة ذاتها، وفقا لصحيفة «تايمز أوف إسرائيل» في موقعها الإلكتروني.
وتم نقلهم إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، وتم إبلاغ عائلاتهم، بحسب التقرير.
من جانبها، أفادت الخارجية الأمريكية بأن الوفود اللبنانية والإسرائيلية ستواصل المفاوضات في واشنطن بشأن مذكرة تفاهم أمنية، اليوم (الجمعة).
وقال المصدر إن المفاوضات التي ترعاها الولايات المتحدة بين إسرائيل ولبنان، والتي كان من المقرر أن تختتم يوم الخميس 25 يونيو، ستستمر ليوم آخر، وتُستأنف الجولة الخامسة صباح الجمعة (بالتوقيت المحلي)، مؤكداً أن الولايات المتحدة تعمل على تسهيل التقدم في حل الصراع في جنوب لبنان.
يذكر أن إسرائيل تشن حربا على لبنان منذ الثاني من مارس الماضي، بعد إطلاق حزب الله صواريخ على شمال إسرائيل، واحتلّت القوات الإسرائيلية عدداً من البلدات في جنوب لبنان.
واستمرّت الغارات الإسرائيلية في استهداف مناطق واسعة في جنوب لبنان والبقاع شرق لبنان، بعد الإعلان الأول عن وقف إطلاق النار بين لبنان وإسرائيل في 16 أبريل الماضي، وتم تمديده عدة مرات.
وأفادت تقارير لبنانية رسمية بمقتل 4106 أشخاص وإصابة أكثر من 12 ألفا، جراء القصف الإسرائيلي منذ مارس الماضي.

For its part, the U.S. State Department reported that the Lebanese and Israeli delegations will continue negotiations in Washington regarding a security memorandum today (Friday).
The source stated that the U.S.-mediated negotiations between Israel and Lebanon, which were scheduled to conclude on Thursday, June 25, will continue for another day, with the fifth round resuming on Friday morning (local time), confirming that the United States is working to facilitate progress in resolving the conflict in southern Lebanon.
It is worth noting that Israel has been waging war on Lebanon since March 2, following Hezbollah's launch of rockets at northern Israel, and Israeli forces have occupied several towns in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli airstrikes have continued to target wide areas in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa region in eastern Lebanon, following the initial announcement of a ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel on April 16, which has been extended several times.
Official Lebanese reports have indicated that 4,106 people have been killed and more than 12,000 injured due to the Israeli bombardment since last March.
