في إطار الدعم السخي والمتواصل من المملكة العربية السعودية للسكان في اليمن، نجح مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية في تقديم 8439 خدمة طبية وتأهيلية متنوعة بمحافظة عدن، استفاد منها 3089 فرداً من ذوي الإعاقة الحركية بمختلف أنواعها، ضمن المرحلة التاسعة من مشروع تشغيل مركز الأطراف الصناعية وإعادة التأهيل خلال الفترة من 1 يناير وحتى 31 مايو 2026.
وشهدت الأقسام التخصصية بالمركز نشاطاً مكثفاً لضمان تعافي المصابين، إذ تمكنت الطواقم الطبية من تركيب 132 طرفاً صناعياً وتقويمياً لـ132 مستفيداً، بالتوازي مع تقديم 6574 خدمة متقدمة في عيادة العلاج الطبيعي استفاد منها 1448 مريضاً نجحوا في استعادة قدراتهم الحركية والاندماج في المجتمع.
وعلى صعيد الرعاية الاستشارية والفنية، قدّم قسم التأهيل الفني 259 خدمة لـ259 فرداً، فيما استقبل قسم الاستشارات الطبية 335 حالة قدمت لها الرعاية التشخيصية اللازمة، إلى جانب تقديم قسم الاستشارات الفنية 1139 خدمة رعاية حظي بها 915 مستفيداً لضمان استمرارية كفاءة الأجهزة والأطراف المقدمة لهم.
ويأتي هذا الدعم الطبي الحيوي امتداداً لمنظومة الرعاية الصحية المتكاملة والمشاريع الإنسانية النوعية التي تمولها وتنفذها المملكة العربية السعودية عبر ذراعها الإنسانية «مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة»، تأكيداً على الموقف الأخوي الراسخ للمملكة في مساندة الشعب اليمني وفئاته الأكثر احتياجاً تحت مختلف الظروف.
As part of the generous and ongoing support from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the population in Yemen, the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works has successfully provided 8,439 diverse medical and rehabilitation services in Aden Governorate, benefiting 3,089 individuals with various types of physical disabilities, as part of the ninth phase of the project to operate the prosthetics and rehabilitation center from January 1 to May 31, 2026.
The specialized departments at the center witnessed intensive activity to ensure the recovery of the injured, as the medical teams managed to fit 132 prosthetic and orthopedic limbs for 132 beneficiaries, alongside providing 6,574 advanced services in the physical therapy clinic, benefiting 1,448 patients who successfully regained their mobility and integrated into society.
In terms of advisory and technical care, the technical rehabilitation department provided 259 services to 259 individuals, while the medical consultations department received 335 cases that were given the necessary diagnostic care. Additionally, the technical consultations department provided 1,139 care services that benefited 915 individuals to ensure the continued efficiency of the devices and limbs provided to them.
This vital medical support extends the integrated healthcare system and the qualitative humanitarian projects funded and implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, the "King Salman Center for Relief," reaffirming the Kingdom's steadfast brotherly stance in supporting the Yemeni people and its most needy segments under various circumstances.
