نشرت وكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية، أمس (الثلاثاء)، رسالة مباشرة موجهة إلى الشعب الإيراني باللغة الفارسية عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة «إكس»، جاء فيها تأكيد على أن الوكالة «تسمع صوتكم وتريد مساعدتكم»، مع تقديم تعليمات فنية مفصلة للتواصل الآمن والسري معها.
ونُشرت الرسالة ضمن تغريدة رسمية من الحساب الرئيسي للوكالة، مصحوبة بفيديو مدته حوالى دقيقتين و15 ثانية باللغة الفارسية، ويشرح الفيديو خطوة بخطوة كيفية إقامة اتصال افتراضي آمن، مع التركيز على حماية هوية المتواصلين وسلامتهم.
وقد حظيت التغريدة بتفاعل كبير سريع؛ أكثر من 18 ألف إعجاب، 4 آلاف إعادة نشر، وأكثر من 2.3 مليون مشاهدة في ساعات قليلة.
وأكدت الوكالة في الرسالة والفيديو أن سلامة وأمن المتواصلين هي «الأولوية القصوى»، محذرة من مخاطر الرصد الإلكتروني داخل إيران، وداعية إلى اتخاذ تدابير أمنية صارمة حسب الوضع الشخصي لكل فرد.
تأتي الرسالة في ظل تصاعد التوتر بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، خصوصاً بعد احتجاجات واسعة داخل إيران في ديسمبر ويناير، وفرض عقوبات أمريكية جديدة على مسؤولين إيرانيين بسبب قمع حرية التعبير والتظاهر السلمي.
كما تزامنت مع رسائل نصية مشبوهة وصلت إلى عشرات الآلاف من الإيرانيين تحدثت عن «رجل عمل» في إشارة إلى الرئيس الأمريكي، ما أثار مخاوف من هجمات سيبرانية أو حملات دعائية.
وسبق للـ«CIA» أن نشرت حملات مشابهة باللغة الصينية لتجنيد مصادر داخل الصين، وهي جزء من إستراتيجية علنية للوكالة لتشجيع التواصل من دول ذات رقابة إلكترونية عالية.
يتزامن ذلك مع استئناف المحادثات النووية بين طهران وواشنطن بسلطنة عُمان منذ 6 فبراير الجاري، بعد توقفها إثر الهجمات الإسرائيلية الأمريكية على إيران في يونيو 2025.
وجرت الجولة الثانية من المفاوضات وبرعاية عُمانية في مدينة جنيف السويسرية في 18 فبراير، ومن المتوقع أن يجتمع وفدا البلدين مجدداً في جنيف غداً (الخميس).
وتطالب الولايات المتحدة إيران بوقف أنشطتها لتخصيب اليورانيوم بالكامل، ونقل اليورانيوم المخصب إلى خارج البلاد، وتلوح باستخدام القوة العسكرية ضدها.
The American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) published a direct message to the Iranian people yesterday (Tuesday) in Persian via its official account on the "X" platform, confirming that the agency "hears your voice and wants to help you," along with detailed technical instructions for secure and confidential communication with it.
The message was published as part of an official tweet from the agency's main account, accompanied by a video lasting about two minutes and 15 seconds in Persian, which explains step-by-step how to establish a secure virtual connection, focusing on protecting the identity and safety of the communicators.
The tweet received a rapid and significant response; more than 18,000 likes, 4,000 retweets, and over 2.3 million views within a few hours.
The agency emphasized in the message and video that the safety and security of the communicators is "the top priority," warning of the risks of electronic surveillance within Iran, and urging strict security measures based on each individual's personal situation.
The message comes amid rising tensions between the United States and Iran, especially following widespread protests inside Iran in December and January, and the imposition of new American sanctions on Iranian officials due to the suppression of freedom of expression and peaceful demonstration.
It also coincided with suspicious text messages sent to tens of thousands of Iranians referring to a "working man," in reference to the American president, raising concerns about cyberattacks or propaganda campaigns.
The CIA has previously launched similar campaigns in Chinese to recruit sources within China, as part of the agency's public strategy to encourage communication from countries with high electronic surveillance.
This coincides with the resumption of nuclear talks between Tehran and Washington in Oman since February 6, following a halt due to Israeli-American attacks on Iran in June 2025.
The second round of negotiations, under Omani sponsorship, took place in Geneva, Switzerland, on February 18, and the delegations of the two countries are expected to meet again in Geneva tomorrow (Thursday).
The United States demands that Iran completely halt its uranium enrichment activities, transfer enriched uranium out of the country, and threatens military action against it.
