أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السورية، اليوم (الإثنين)، أنها ستتوقف عن استقبال طلبات تسوية أوضاع عناصر «قوات سوريا الديمقراطية (قسد)» في محافظات حلب وإدلب ودير الزور والرقة، اعتباراً من مارس القادم، مطالبة المعنيين بالمبادرة لمراجعة المراكز المخصصة في المحافظات.
ودعت الوزارة في بيان جميع المعنيين بالمبادرة إلى مراجعة المراكز المختصة في المحافظات آنفة الذكر، قبل انتهاء المهلة المحددة، لتسوية أوضاعهم والحصول على الوثائق التي تساعدهم في استكمال الإجراءات القانونية، سعياً لتعزيز الاستقرار والأمن في المنطقة عموماً.
وكانت الحكومة السورية و«قسد»، قد اتفقتا على وقف إطلاق النار، ضمن اتفاق شامل، مع التفاهم على عملية دمج متسلسلة للقوات العسكرية والإدارية بين الجانبين، ودخول قوات الأمن إلى مركز مدينتي الحسكة والقامشلي، وتسلّم الدولة جميع المؤسسات المدنية والحكومية والمعابر والمنافذ.
وقال قائد «قوات سورية الديمقراطية (قسد)»، مظلوم عبدي: «سيكون محافظ الحسكة كردياً، وستكون قوات الحسكة كردية، وسيتم قبول شهادات اللغة الكردية رسمياً، وستكون وحدات حماية المرأة جزءاً من الألوية التي سيتم تشكيلها».
يذكر أن وزارة الخارجية السورية، قد أكدت في مطلع فبراير الجاري، أن الاتفاق سيتم تنفيذه على 4 مراحل وستطبق بنوده خلال مدة أقصاها شهر، وأنه يمثل استكمالاً لاتفاقَي 10 مارس و18 يناير.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior announced today (Monday) that it will stop receiving applications for the regularization of the status of members of the "Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)" in the provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Deir ez-Zor, and Raqqa, starting from next March, urging those concerned to take the initiative to visit the designated centers in the provinces.
The ministry called in a statement on all concerned parties to take the initiative to visit the specialized centers in the aforementioned provinces before the specified deadline, to regularize their status and obtain the documents that will assist them in completing the legal procedures, in an effort to enhance stability and security in the region overall.
The Syrian government and the SDF had agreed to a ceasefire as part of a comprehensive agreement, with an understanding on a sequential integration process of military and administrative forces between the two sides, and the entry of security forces into the centers of the cities of Hasakah and Qamishli, with the state taking over all civil and governmental institutions, as well as crossings and outlets.
SDF Commander Mazloum Abdi stated: "The governor of Hasakah will be Kurdish, and the forces in Hasakah will be Kurdish, and certificates in the Kurdish language will be officially accepted, and the Women's Protection Units will be part of the brigades that will be formed."
It is worth noting that the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed at the beginning of February that the agreement will be implemented in four phases and its terms will be applied within a maximum period of one month, and that it represents a continuation of the agreements of March 10 and January 18.
