دعا وزير الخارجية السوداني محيي الدين سالم، اليوم (الخميس)، الأمم المتحدة إلى الضغط على ممولي الدعم السريع الذي يشن هجمات ضد المدنيين في السودان، متهماً جهات خارجية بتأجيج الصراع.
وأوضح وزير الخارجية السوداني في كلمة أمام مجلس السلم والأمن الإفريقي، المنعقد في أديس أبابا، اليوم، أن الأوضاع تسير نحو استعادة سيطرة الجيش على كافة التراب الوطني، مشدداً بالقول: «الحرب أوشكت على نهايتها إلا أن جهات خارجية ما زالت تؤجج الصراع».
تحديات أمنية
أعرب عن أسفه لعدم إرسال الاتحاد الأفريقي وفداً للتحقيق بالانتهاكات التي حصلت في البلاد.
بدوره، شدد رئيس المفوضية الأفريقية، محمود علي يوسف، أن الأولوية للحل السياسي الشامل بالسودان، فيما أكد وزير الخارجية المصري بدر عبدالعاطي، أن التحديات الأمنية والإنسانية مستمرة بشكل خطير في السودان.
وشدد عبدالعاطي في كلمة له أمام المجلس على ضرورة الوقف الفوري لإطلاق النار من أجل إنهاء الأزمة السودانية وإيصال المساعدات الانسانية، داعياً لإيجاد حلول سودانية سودانية للأزمة، تحت مظلة الاتحاد الإفريقي وبالتنسيق مع المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة.
فبركة تقارير ضد الجيش السوداني
من جهة أخرى، نفى وزير الدفاع السوداني، الفريق أول ركن حسن كبرون، بشكل قاطع صحة التقارير المنسوبة إلى الاستخبارات السودانية، والتي زعمت أن القافلة التي استُهدفت في شمال كردفان، كانت تنقل أسلحة سراً تحت غطاء مساعدات إنسانية.
ورفض الوزير جملة وتفصيلا الرواية التي تتحدث عن وثيقة منسوبة إلى جهاز المخابرات العامة السوداني، تفيد بأن القافلة، التي استُهدفت في مدينة الرهد الجمعة، لم تكن مهمة إنسانية خالصة، بل كانت تحمل أسلحة وذخائر عالية الجودة موجهة إلى وحدات القوات المسلحة العاملة في الولاية، وقال في تصريحات لـ«عرب نيوز»: «نؤكد أولاً أن هذا الخبر غير صحيح. وحتى العنوان الذي يتحدث عن أمن الولايات، مثل الدبة، ليس تعبيراً يستخدمه الجيش»، موضحاً أن الوثيقة المتداولة «مفبركة» وذات دوافع سياسية.
وأشار إلى أن الوثيقة صممت للتغطية على الجريمة البشعة التي ارتكبوها (الدعم السريع)، موضحاً أن الجيش السوداني استعاد زمام المبادرة ضد المتمردين الذين باتوا على وشك الهزيمة.
ولفت إلى أن المنطقة، التي استُهدفت بالطائرات المسيّرة تخضع لسيطرة كاملة من قبل القوات المسلحة السودانية، ولا تستدعي أي نقل عسكري سري وهي منطقة آمنة للغاية والجيش يمتلك قدرات كبيرة تتيح له نقل المساعدات والمعدات بشكل مباشر.
The Sudanese Foreign Minister, Mohieddin Saleh, called on the United Nations today (Thursday) to pressure the financiers of the Rapid Support Forces, which are launching attacks against civilians in Sudan, accusing external parties of fueling the conflict.
The Sudanese Foreign Minister explained in a speech before the African Peace and Security Council, held in Addis Ababa today, that the situation is moving towards the army regaining control over all national territory, emphasizing: "The war is nearing its end, but external parties are still fueling the conflict."
Security Challenges
He expressed regret over the African Union's failure to send a delegation to investigate the violations that have occurred in the country.
For his part, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssef, stressed that the priority is a comprehensive political solution in Sudan, while the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdel-Aty, confirmed that security and humanitarian challenges continue to be dangerously prevalent in Sudan.
Abdel-Aty emphasized in his speech before the council the necessity of an immediate ceasefire to end the Sudanese crisis and deliver humanitarian aid, calling for Sudanese solutions to the crisis under the auspices of the African Union and in coordination with relevant international organizations.
Fabrication of Reports Against the Sudanese Army
On another note, the Sudanese Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Hassan Kabbash, categorically denied the accuracy of reports attributed to Sudanese intelligence, which claimed that the convoy targeted in North Kordofan was secretly transporting weapons under the guise of humanitarian aid.
The minister completely rejected the narrative that speaks of a document attributed to the Sudanese General Intelligence Service, stating that the convoy, which was targeted in the city of Al-Rahad on Friday, was not purely a humanitarian mission, but was carrying high-quality weapons and ammunition directed to the armed forces units operating in the state. He stated in remarks to "Arab News": "We affirm first that this news is incorrect. Even the title that talks about the security of the states, such as Al-Dabba, is not a term used by the army," explaining that the circulated document is "fabricated" and politically motivated.
He pointed out that the document was designed to cover up the heinous crime committed by the Rapid Support Forces, clarifying that the Sudanese army has regained the initiative against the rebels who are on the verge of defeat.
He noted that the area targeted by the drones is under complete control by the Sudanese armed forces and does not require any secret military transport; it is a very secure area, and the army has significant capabilities that allow it to transport aid and equipment directly.
