أيدت محكمة الاستئناف بتونس أمس (الثلاثاء) الحكم الابتدائي في قضية «الغرفة السوداء»، القاضي بالسجن 8 أعوام بحق جميع المتهمين المنتمين للجهاز السري لـ«تنظيم الإخوان» في تونس. وكان الحكم الابتدائي قد صدر في مايو الماضي بحق 8 متهمين، بينهم قيادات أمنية سابقة، مع إصدار أوامر بالنفاذ العاجل ضد 3 كانوا في حالة فرار.
تشمل الأحكام شخصيات بارزة مثل؛ المدير العام السابق للمخابرات الخارجية عاطف العمراني، ومدير حفظ الوثائق بوزارة الداخلية بوبكر العبيدي، والمدير السابق لوحدة مكافحة الإرهاب محمد الخريجي، والمسؤول عن الجهاز السري لـ«الإخوان» مصطفى خذر (في حالة فرار)، والقياديين البارزين في حركة «النهضة» عبدالعزيز الدغسني ورضا الباروني (في حالة فرار).
كشف «الغرفة السوداء»
بدأ التحقيق بعد ضبط وثائق سرية مخبأة بأحد مكاتب وزارة الداخلية، تُعرف باسم «الغرفة السوداء»، تضمنت هذه الوثائق معلومات تتعلق بالجهاز السري لـ«الإخوان» المسؤول عن تنفيذ الاغتيالات السياسية، ومنها اغتيالات السياسيين شكري بلعيد ومحمد البراهمي عام 2013.
دور الوثائق في التحقيقات
عثر قاضي التحقيق على صناديق تحتوي على مستندات تشمل أسماء المتورطين وأرقام هواتفهم وتوصيات أمنية، إضافة إلى وثائق مرتبطة بالجناح العسكري لتنظيم «أنصار الشريعة». وقد أكدت هيئة الدفاع عن بلعيد والبراهمي أن هذه الوثائق تؤكد وجود تنظيم سري داخل حركة «النهضة» مرتبط بالاغتيالات.
نتائج وخلفيات القضية
تم نقل الوثائق لاحقاً إلى القطب القضائي لمكافحة الإرهاب في نوفمبر 2018، ما أدى إلى توجيه تهم القتل العمد لمصطفى خذر، إضافة إلى 22 تهمة أخرى. ويعتبر الحكم النهائي خطوة مهمة في محاكمة المتورطين في هذه الشبكة السرية، التي لطالما أثارت جدلاً واسعاً في المشهد السياسي التونسي.
The Court of Appeal in Tunisia upheld yesterday (Tuesday) the initial ruling in the "Black Room" case, sentencing all defendants belonging to the secret apparatus of the "Muslim Brotherhood" in Tunisia to 8 years in prison. The initial ruling was issued last May against 8 defendants, including former security leaders, with urgent execution orders issued against 3 who were in hiding.
The sentences include prominent figures such as; former Director General of External Intelligence Atef Al-Omrani, Director of Document Preservation at the Ministry of Interior Bouabker Al-Abidi, former Director of the Anti-Terrorism Unit Mohamed Al-Khreeji, the person responsible for the secret apparatus of the "Brotherhood" Mustafa Khader (in hiding), and prominent leaders in the "Ennahda" movement Abdulaziz Al-Dghsni and Reda Al-Barouni (in hiding).
Revelation of the "Black Room"
The investigation began after the discovery of secret documents hidden in one of the offices of the Ministry of Interior, known as the "Black Room." These documents contained information related to the secret apparatus of the "Brotherhood" responsible for carrying out political assassinations, including the assassinations of politicians Shukri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi in 2013.
The Role of the Documents in the Investigations
The investigating judge found boxes containing documents that included the names of those involved, their phone numbers, and security recommendations, in addition to documents related to the military wing of the "Ansar al-Sharia" organization. The defense committee for Belaid and Brahmi confirmed that these documents prove the existence of a secret organization within the "Ennahda" movement linked to the assassinations.
Results and Background of the Case
The documents were later transferred to the Judicial Pole for the Fight Against Terrorism in November 2018, leading to murder charges being brought against Mustafa Khader, in addition to 22 other charges. The final ruling is considered an important step in the trial of those involved in this secret network, which has long sparked widespread controversy in the Tunisian political scene.
