Faisal bin Hamad Al-Mutairi has been promoted to the twelfth rank and appointed as the governor of Al-Khobar Governorate. Al-Mutairi is one of the distinguished leaders and has previously served as the deputy governor of Al-Ula and Yanbu, before being appointed as the governor of Al-Khobar Governorate, prior to his promotion and appointment as the governor of the province.
