حصل سلمان وصل الثبيتي على درجة الدكتوراه في التمريض، تخصص الرعاية الصحية الأولية، من جامعة لينكولن كوليدج في ماليزيا، بعد اجتيازه مناقشة أطروحته العلمية بنجاح.
ويُعد هذا الإنجاز إضافة إلى مسيرته العلمية والمهنية في مجال التمريض والرعاية الصحية الأولية.
