حصل سطام بن ناصر بن حليمة، من منسوبي وزارة الخارجية، على درجة الدكتوراه في العلوم السياسية، بعد إجازة رسالته من اللجنة العلمية في جمهورية أوزبكستان.
وعبّر بن حليمة عن سعادته بهذا الإنجاز العلمي، سائلًا الله أن يجعل هذه الدرجة علمًا نافعًا، وبداية لمراحل جديدة من العطاء لخدمة الوطن وقيادته.

Sattam bin Nasser bin Halima, an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has obtained a PhD in Political Science after his thesis was approved by the scientific committee in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Bin Halima expressed his happiness with this academic achievement, asking God to make this degree a source of beneficial knowledge and a beginning for new stages of giving in service of the homeland and its leadership.
